Mirror got smashed by big motorhome mirror. Luckily shell and everything else ok just smashed mirror. Has a search on local euro parts etc then Amazon and other websites. Most were about £90. Found C... もっと見る
AVOID THESE COWBOYS. Wrong parts sent out. Non existent customer service. They won't respond to any calls or email. Clowns. I'm raising a complaint. Will have to escalate to Ombusman.

The person I spoke to wanted to check I’d ordered the right part, I’m so glad he called to check as it turned out after sending a photo of the mirror, I had indeed ordered the wrong part. Faultless product and service.
GSF wanted £40 (reduced from £70) for replacement glass for my 2 series BMW. Ordered instead from CWM for about £16 with next day delivery included.
Arrived next day via Royal Mail exactly as ordered. Perfect and easy fit.

Great customer service
Had to contact them as incorrect mirror sent. Customer service was great and a replacement order sent out to arrive next day. Strange how I'm shocked when companies do the right thing with no argument.

Mirror got smashed by big motorhome mirror. Luckily shell and everything else ok just smashed mirror. Has a search on local euro parts etc then Amazon and other websites. Most were about £90. Found Carwingmirrorglass.co.uk and found there replacement glass straight away, but realised it didn’t look the same so messaged through WhatsApp on website and got a response almost immediately with a link to the correct OEM replacement costing £20! Next day delivery Royal Mail and it arrived next morning. Wasn’t sure about the tabs enclosed so messaged again and response straight away to say they are locating tabs. Fitted mirror with no hassle. Excellent service, amazing help and communication, amazing value for an OEM part! My smashed one wasn’t!

Ordered wrong mirror (my fault) - replaced with no fuss
Ordered wrong mirror (my fault), contacted company via number provided. They were able to rectify the problem immediately, sent pictures and information via WhatsApp and sent a link for postage to send out replace mirror, along with label to return the wrong one. Mirror arrived next day, fits perfect - would 100% use company again. Very helpful and great customer service. Thank you.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Decent chap who actually called me back personally and explained that although my VW Caddy is a 2017 (67 plate), the mirror parts are the earlier 2004–2016 type, which saved me ordering the wrong part again. Sent the correct mirror straight away. Helpful, knowledgeable, and great service. Highly recommended. 😄 👍🏻

Would not recommend.
Item is faulty and the mirror has come unstuck in less than a month. They refused a replacement or refund even though they are breaching the Consumer Rights Act. Would not recommend.

After carefully reviewing your case, we must respectfully stand by our original decision. All of our mirrors are supplied as brand-new, OEM-quality components, and our pre-dispatch inspections confirm they are in perfect condition when they leave our warehouse.
Because this issue was reported nearly two months after purchase following a period of normal use, it suggests the item was not defective upon arrival. In such cases, we have to consider external factors beyond our control—such as installation nuances or environmental conditions—that can affect the longevity of the adhesive.
While we cannot offer a free replacement or refund under these specific circumstances, we value your custom and remain committed to providing high-quality parts to all our motorists.

Regarding your order, the items are not classified as blue tinted; any perceived tint may be due to the reflection, as this is not specified in the product description. All our glasses are of OEM quality.

Brilliant company
Absolutely thrilled with our replacement glass. We ordered it late saturday night and received it today. The packaging was brilliant and was packed with plenty of bubble wrap for transport. Will definitely purchase again if needed

I am very much pleased with quality of the wing mirror received with in a 14 hours, I have ordered Ducato Long arm wing Mirror on Tuesday 2 pm and it has delivered next day by 10:30. stright forward fitted and returned rented van next day. customer service is so helpful with product and tracking. Very best price to quality of the product supplied is looks exactly OEM Quality. will use again definitely.

Avoid goods not delivered no response
Sent an empty box with no email about shipping. 6 days ago, sent 6/7 emails, called 2/3 times, done an online enquiry no response. Luckily I used my credit card and can claim as fraud. Avoid this company
