Great service and definitely the preferred option if you're looking down the barrel of a trade in. I was told 6-8K would be my trade in offer. Carzoo were able to come back to me with an easy 10K, drive away. Triss and the Team took 15 minutes to go over the car, so the process was also super simple. Highly recommended.

All the staff was great specialty Sean he help and also ways keep in touch with us of purchasing the vechile. When we arrive to pick up the vehicle Sean was wonderful explained everything and if we have any problems to contact him. I will recommend Sean to my family and friends and carzroos who looking for a new vehicle. We are happy with the dealership.

Guys at Carzoos northlakes were great once it came to finance turned bad. Not returning calls, price kept changing

It's a pity I can't give less than one star!

I went to test several cars on a Saturday, I was ready to pay the $200 deposit to check another one the next weekend and buy it. I was told that they'd call me back on Wednesday to see if I needed to pay the deposit or if they could 'borrow' the car from the other dealership.

Did not receive any calls, I tried to get in contact with the agent all Thursday and was told that he is sick (fair enough, but other agents should follow on his clients). Today, Thursday I suffered an unacceptable client experience when they told me that I was calling too late (basically that is my fault) to have the car there next Saturday, and that I should now pay the $200 without knowing when or where I could test drive it.

It's not enough trying to look like a modern digital platform. The first thing is to deliver in customer experience.

Will not recommend anyone to use Carzoos in the future.

Had a great experience at Brendale with Josh and Josh, amd a hassel free transaction when i picked my new car.

Salesperson over the phone asked me to pay $200 deposit so that I can see the used car advertised on Carzoos web site. That was already worrying but I paid it as I was honestly interested.

After that, another sales person from North Lakes contacted me and asked to sign the Contract of Sale forms to proceed and actually inspect the car, because it is "very far away and had to be delivered". This was simply outrageous, I wish there was a way to report it to the relevant authority.

Then, out of curiosity, and after a few (like 10) more calls it turned out that the vehicle was 500 meters away from the North Lakes shopping center. Needless to say I have never proceed with the purchase. Very sad there is no penalty for the ways how some car salesman are trying to lock you into the contract, without even showing a vehicle to you.

I would like to unreservedly praise the Carzoos team for their efforts and quality of service provided this week when buying my car. I have just emigrated to Australia and they went out of their way to make the process of buying a car as simple and smooth as it could be.

Three members who were outstanding were: Liam, Kerry and Triss.

Liam: Liam had time and patience when viewing the car and I felt he gave genuine advice and support when making my decision. I did not feel rushed or pressured and he answered all questions with his good knowledge base. He has a great talent in his job and is most obviously a great asset to the Carzoos team.

Kerry: She took control of all the logistical/practical issues in getting the car sold to me without delays and smoothed out the process for me buying having only just landed in the country so that I could get settled quicker with my new car. She managed the process from start to finish with great skill and resourcefulness. She delivered in her promises and assurances throughout the process and I feel she really believes in the Carzoos ethos. She went out of her way to make the process slick and I am very grateful to her.

Triss: Triss kept in clear and regular communication throughout the process from start to finish. He was reassuring every step of the way and succeeded in his work to manage the logistical issues of selling to a newly arrived person to Australia. He was happy to answer any questions and his manner when dealing with myself - and other customers that I witnessed - was exceptionally polished and professional.

My honest opinion I would recommend Carzoo to anyone out there great service friendly staff.

Quick story....North Lakes zoo crew of Sean, Liam and Josh went above and beyond to attend to issues i had with the car i wanted. They made sure i was happy at each step and now i have a car im very happy with from one of their big spread of dealers. Its a great model. Ive bought many cars and this was deadset painless. Thanks Zoo Crew and Sean in particular
