Il primo pacco non è mai arrivato, sono stata contattata dall'assistenza che ha proceduto a rinviarlo. Ho dovuto aspettare un po' ma alla fine è arrivato. Il prodotto è fatto bene, le stampe sono belle.

Item was out of stock when I placed the order. Was not informed about this until I got in touch a week later to see where my case was.

Then told the item was being dispatched on a certain date. Travels all around Europe before being sent to the UK so waiting over another week for the item to be delivered.

Still waiting and have contacted Case24 for a refund. Told this is not possible as it has been sent already.

Asked what else can be done to be told that the answer is nothing.

Highly suggest if you are based in the UK to not use this supplier and shop somewhere with better customer service.

Super schnelle Fertigung und tolle Qualität. Einziger Mangel, die Aussparung für die Kamera hat eine Verstrebung. Bei den Hüllen für Google Pixel 9 pro XL, gibt es dort keine Verstrebung in der Aussparung für die Kamera. Ich mußte sie entfernen, was ohne Probleme ist.

Like previous reviewers point out, the business was unable to print my case without adding a large block of white to cover the transparent areas. The image was also resized poorly at a low DPI, resulting in a grainy, pixelated image; this is despite the fact that I supplied a large and high quality image for printing, which should have been simple for any graphic designer to process. The result was a low quality print finish, which should have been immediately obvious to the business that the customer would not be satisfied with. The print is also placed on the outside of the case, meaning it will erode quickly being held in the hand. They also obscure the fact that their printing software is unable to handle alpha channels by only supplying image previews with a white background, on a website that also has a white background. This was previously flagged by another customer. It does not appear that the business has taken any steps to rectify this or more clearly signpost to their customers that they are unable to print images with any transparency baked in. I am frustrated that the business misled me on the previews of the final product. Had I known that the business would not be able to print the product I desired, I would not have purchased it. Consider me unsatisfied and now searching yet again for another business to supply my phone case. I would not recommend case24.com. Two stars because you actually completed the print job, but since I now need to find a second phone case I'm not much better off anyways.

Lastly, to note to other potential customers that the website advertises orders 'Ready in 48h', but the order took 2.5 weeks to process and a further week to be delivered.

Quando è arrivata ho visto la qualità ottima, foto non sgranata, molto molto bella. Consegna nei tempi previsti, una decina di giorni con posta semplice non tracciabile.

Todo genial, la funda llegó en el plazo indicado. La impresión del diseño es de muy buena calidad y queda exactamente como se veía en la previsualización, la funda también es de buena calidad. Estoy muy contento con el servicio y familiares y amigos me han pedido que les haga más fundas como la que pedí.

Sono capitata su questo sito per caso, volevo stampare una cover per il mio Pixel 6 ma essendo datato non solo pochi siti avevano questa cover, ho scelto Case24 a caso ma mi sono trovata molto bene.
Ottimo servizio, veloce, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, facile, intuitivo e con ottimo risultato. Spero che la stampa duri nel tempo senza rovinarsi.

Avevo ordinato una cover a inizi gennaio, purtroppo non è arrivata in tempo per il regalo di compleanno che dovevo fare… però mi hanno sempre risposto alle mie mail e dato che la prima spedizione è andata persa me ne hanno spedita un altra che è arrivata subito!
