First time user. Found what I was looking for. Haven’t received my order yet. But, I’m sure I’ll be happy

I've purchased multiple phone wallets from y'all and they get better every time. Without having received my current purchase I'm sure it will be great. I love the tote idea. I do think it needs a better color scheme and pattern option though. It was limited and not everyone wants flowers or only 5 choices for color. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to seeing the new tote I bought and trying it out.

The website is "user friendly". I am not computer savvy. It was a nice easy experience placing my ordedr.

Achtung: Betrügerischer Shop! Zu unserer Casekis-Bestellung - aufgegeben von meiner Frau - wurden wir über eine offenbar KI-generierte, aber seriös wirkende Seite (.de-Domain "verbraucherwelt" mit dem String "das-realistischste-kinderspielzeug-der-welt-wuffy") veranlasst. Freilich hatte man kaum erwarten können, dass das Spielzeug sich so bewegt wie dort suggeriert wird, aber eine ansprechende, hochwertige Verarbeitung hätte man zu dem Preis erwarten dürfen. Stattdessen kam bei uns eine Art Schießbuden-Scherzartikel an, der im typischen "Euro-Ramsch-Laden" für wenige Euro erhältlich wäre. (Billigster China-Schrott!) Bei Reklamation wird geantwortet, dass die (vom Kunden zu tragenden) Rücksendekosten nach China zu hoch wären. Man bekommt stattdessen eine Rückerstattung von 8 Euro angeboten.

PS: Dass die Bestellung nicht auffindbar sein soll, ist unverständlich, da ich die Reklamation bereits unter meinem Namen vorgenommen habe, Ticketnummer FM352374 - die nach langem Hin und Her angebotene Rückerstattung betrug schließlich 15 Euro, was aber immer noch völlig inakzeptabel für eine derart mangelhafte Ware war (Dear Customer, I am sorry for the inconvenience. Since the return shipping fee is almost over item price, so we would like offer $15.00 refund if you can keep it. Is it working for you? The product looks amazing. I ordered thinking i was ordering for my Galaxy S25 ultra, the customer support team noticed i was shopping for the S25 ultra but I accidentally pick one for the S26 ultra. They contacted me to make sure I picked the right one. I'm so happy with this experience, that I'm definitely recommending this product to friends and family!

There are few real user reviews for this cae, so I wanted to help others in the decision process, since there are thousands of phone case options out there.

I have a Samsung S24+ and have historically stuck to regular folio cases but wanted the option to have my phone my accessibile at times, especially at my desk at work or home. This case allows exactly that, also works well for mag chargers.
The magnetic hold when putting it in the outer case is strong, and the overall quality is good, really good. I would recommend this case no problem.
FYI, I can charge wirelessly through the back portion, but when putting the folio part on wires charging doesn't work, which is reasonable since at that point your have two layers of leather to get through.
I hope this helps, and yes I'm a real human who paid for this case out of my pocket. .

I purchased one of their tracker smart cards and it worked for a month and has stopped charging and stopped functioning requested a replacement card and no response from them my fear is that they won’t do anything about my purchase of their defective card and I will be out of the money I paid for this worthless card I even purchased the charger and now I have to worthless products from this company I just purchased their card charger and know regret doing that because the card is a waste of money and now I two worthless items from this company

Product is very nice, shipping takes time because it is from China, but there is a tracking app to help determine about when it will arrive. Purchased one item, after inspecting it - ordered 4 more because very pleased.
