Ordered a phone case phone case came weeks later was delivered to the wrong address placed on a mail table at that wrong address, came up missing and now I have to have you guys sending me another one totally wrong address. my question is how can it be delivered wrongly? If you never received wrong information.

Ordered on September 18 and 20th two separate products, today is the 25th, have no idea if the first item has been shipped and the second one seems to be in limbo, can’t wait to purchase any more of your products , you have quality products, but you need to improve your shipping, Katrina

I went on Google and searched for the best SmartWatches for glucose, ecg, pulse Etc. The APTOFIT SMARTWATCH came up as #1. I ordered the watch through the website that automatically came up. I didn't know it at the time, but the company's name is CASEKIS. There is a return policy which is 30 days and comes with money back guarantee. I told them I wanted to return the watch because it's way too big for my wrist. They told me I have to return it to CHINA!! Researching the cost to ship to China is around $70. I paid $90 for the Smartwatch. You can do the math on this one! IN ACTUALITY THEY HAVE NO RETURN POLICY ON THE SMARTWATCH!! Or if you want to call mailing to China a return policy, then THEY'RE A SCAM!! If you go to their website and you search on Aptofit Smartwatch nothing comes up!! They don't carry it!! Very strange!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! YOU NEVER KNOW EXACTLY HOW THEY'LL SCAM YOU, BUT THEY WILL!!

Just make sure you click on the phone you want your cover to be for,it cost you more to return it

This company is terrible. The person who said their products are great must have a low threshold for what they consider to be good. The product is cheap looking and cheap functioning. It does not allow a mag charger to attach without removing the phone from the holder. They also don’t tell you the stuff is coming from China and if you return it you will pay more for that than you did for the product. They are cheaters and they misrepresent themselves. I have bought phone cases from other companies that are actually in the states and sell good products. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE PEOPLE. ITS A SCAM! RUN DONT WALK TO THE NEAREST EXIT.

I have been aa customer for years and not only do I love them, but also due to a disability, I use the crossbody's and they have made my life so much easier. I get tons of "Where did you get that" and many "I want one" so this latest purchase is a gift for SIL.

Had a problem with getting the right case for my phone. Customer Service worked with me in correcting the problem.

I bought findMy wallet cards and needed to return them. They told me it would cost $50-60 to return them since I had to return them to China, yet they were shipped to me from NY. They offered me a small token refund in return. I would never buy from this company again. They should have disclosed upfront that returns need to be sent to China. What terrible business practices.

Good quality iPhones case. It’s easy to remove iPhone from the case if needed. It has plenty of places to store credit and identification cards. It looks good and the color of the case is as advertised online. Thanks

This is my 3rd case in 6 years. I love my case! I only buy new for cleanliness not because it's worn out! Strong, reliable, holds my cards and ID securely!! Never had anything fall out, ever!

Easy to navigate and understand
