I bought a training collar for my dog from this company. The shock button did not work. They told me to take a video of myself operating it so they could see. They also said the restocking fee is $80.00 for a $100.00 dollar item. Wow. Shop here at risk of disappointment. Not worth the stress. Not to mention they are far over priced.

The cases ordered were sent in a timely manner and were beautiful! The quality of the cases was impressive, as this was our first order. We loved the products so much we ordered 3 more cases and appreciate the care taken to sell such lovely products.

You have great products. I ordered a nice one for my wife, and sine my old case got damaged, I ordered a different one for me.

This is the first time I’ve heard of this company. I was searching for a phone case for more room, & my sister had the phone case I was looking for!
I took it upon myself to find the right color, and style I liked and Google pulled up your company.
I was whether displeased in the lack of information, how soon the order would be processed and delivered.
I connected the support office & it was a long wait!

You need to state the whole process time and when the product will be sent out. Since this is by mail, consumers need to know when to expect the delivery. Also, state delivery method.

1st of all.
The case is not leather as the website claims.
It is very cheap and took a month to get because it's straight from China.
Go to Etsy for a phone case. It's what I should've done.

Very easy ordering process. Called customer service with a question after completing my order, and the representative with whom I spoke was very professional, pleasant, and helpful.

My last purchase was the MEGSHI, wallet phone case.
I had it for just a little bit under a year. And the zipper, which is in the center of the case that goes all the way around stop working.
The idea of that is great, but it needs a better zipper.
So I looked through your catalog and saw 2 that caught my eye that were thinner and just had the front zipper. One holds 8 cards,
And the other holds 10 cards.
The MEGSHI, was thicker? And didn't fit very well in my pocket. And I wanted to get a new one that would fit more easily in my pocket, so I feel these two we'll do the job.
My manager at my insurance agency, she liked the design of my old one, and I told her about the zipper, and she says, get a new one and more thinner.
I might order one up for her. if she likes.

I'm not good with words so I find it hard to say why I am happy. I looked up this phone case the other day and it was $71 so I am very happy that I ended up paying a lot less for it cause I would not have bothered buying it for $71

I have purchased a caseme phone wallet before and I love it.
This time I needed a new one with a snap enclosure for all my cards. Can't wait to receive it!

It looks like a really good product and the price is reasonable

This is the 5th time I have ordered from y'all. Two of the cell phone cases were for me, and the other 3 were for friends. We are not 'young ladies' and some of them are not comfortable ordering online. They see my case and want one like or similar to mine. I show them the selection and order what they want. The cases are very good quality and reasonable prices!
