Biggest of scams. Never responding when I consistently ask them about the 3 months delay!!! Stole my money!!! Do Not place any orders!!!!

I purchased a phone case for my birthday, I'm not someone well off. They stole my money and I never received my order

Thieves and liars! Money taken in Feb. Website said made in my home country which turned out to be untrue. When I contacted them in March. They said due to covid orders taking longer. So I waited and even forgot about it. Now when I attempt to find my order online my details and order has disappeared. And no response from the casestudio

Money gone never received my phone Case Scam.

Order never arrived. No reply despite numerous tries to contact about the order, tickets never answered, tracking never updated.

Never buy from here.

The website mentions that the products are 'made in UAE' (I think it showed me that since I was viewing from the same country, they probably do this to gain people's trust for the company), but when I received the confirmation email after buying the product, the DHL e-commerce tracker showed 'Shipped from New Delhi', the current status states arrived in destination country, but I haven't received the item, it has been 2 months.
They have gone to the extent of creating a fake workspace video of their fake company to make it look legit (the video is on their website)
I tried emailing and using live chat, no luck there, and they don't have a calling number.
I don't understand how Instagram showed their ads, they should check the businesses partnering up with them. Also, clearly they are using a fake DHL tracking system, DHL must be alerted about this.
I obviously feel cheated, my money has gone to waste.

Scam!!!! Never buy there!! I orderd the 14th February 2021 and never received my order. I have sent several mails and never received any reply on it. Today we are the 15th of May and still nothing.

Placed my order in Feb,my order was supposed to arrive by March the 3rd but now it's 29th of April and still nothing!no customer service line to contact just a crappy messing system on the website!
I messaged them many times asking them to cancel the order and refund me !they only replied once saying they just needed to update my address! and I will get my order soon which NEVER HAPPENED!then all my messages after that have been ignored!
Im gonna call my bank and ask them to get my money back!they are THIVES!

This company is fraud , once you place your order they will stop replying. Please do not order anything from them. I am following up for past 3 months and i have not received even a single reply from this company. Delivery of my order was supposed to be received 1 month ago but i have not yet received anything. I wish i could file a complaint with consumer court against this fraudulent company.

Scam, do not order anything! Thankfully, I paid with PayPal, so when I realised my order was not being delivered I opened a payment dispute that gave me the opportunity to gey my money back.

As everyone as said, this is a scam. My order was supposed to arrive between March 16 and 26 and never arrived. I sent a plethora of emails but no answer. And of course with all these scams, no one is getting their money back...

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY HERE EVEN OPTION FOR ONE STAR. ITS BEEN 40 DAYS I GIVE MY ORDER. THEY DON'T SEND MY ITEM STILL NOW AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE SAME STILL NOW, NOBODY REPLYING. ITS A BIG SCAM GROUP STEALING PEOPLE HARD WORK MONEY IN THIS COVID SITUATION, YOU ALL WILL DIE AND GO TO HELL .

It's a scam

I ordered on 26th January and i talked to customer support many times and we agreed that on 26th March we will talk and they will refund me my paymant.
And ofcourse, they didnt reply on any of my messages since then :)

I have my order since 2 month and I haven't received it yet. In their chat dosen't respond anyone a result I lose my money.

this is a scam please don't buy, ordered in Jan has not come no support they are not based in the uk

SCAM ALERT
Ordered 2 months ago. Got a few replies from their customer service after chasing up for days together. They create a ticket and close it with a same reply each time that 'Your order was shipped but it was sent back due to covid and operational issues'. Their chat support does not respond even though the chat is left open for almost a whole day.

It took a month to get here. But its good quality.

SCAM, do not order from this site, made order a month ago and still no sign. Well past their estimated delivery date, no order I have made in the past year has taken as close to this long, I'd imagine nothing is coming...

SCAM!! Ordered over a month and half ago and never got the case. I even paid for express DHL shipment and I received no tracker ID or anything even after it said it was "dispatched" on their online tracker (which I think is fake too). And Luckily I paid through Paypal and was able to get my money back.
