Bought a new couch and armchair at the end of 2025. It's been 3 months living with it now and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. We had an excellent experience with Morgan Madden who helped us find the perfect one. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable. We really appreciate the excellent service. Seams started to come undone within 6 mths
We stupidly left it too late to complain and now out of the 12 mth warranty-customer service just gave contact for repair at our own cost
Would have expected better service considering sofa cost over 2kâŠ.
