This website is horrible. It is not easy to navigate. Promised payout is very minimal. It only allows you to upload 1 receipt. Every two days.

This scam hacked my account twice!
This scam operation has hacked my Bank of America credit card account twice. In fact, I just had authorized the replacement card to the first one and it was hacked before I even had a chance to use it! I’ve never heard of this company before and certainly didn’t sign up for any of whatever it is they offer. Which I can only imagine is utter BS!!

Random charges cashbacknow keeps charging me. I never signed up for your program. I declined the charges yesterday and you tried to charge me again.... make that make sense.... how did you get my card number????? I didn't sign up for anything!!!! Absolutely have no idea what this company even is, i started seeing charges on my bank statement from Whatever Cashback now is, it has to be some sort of predatory scam business. I disputed the charges and had to get a new card. And in case the company wants to respond to this in the future, I will be reviewing you on everything.

Doesn’t honor requests to cancel
Honestly, I’d give them minus 1,000 stars if I had that option. They popped up after I did an order and then I get a message from my bank flagging a $20 charge from them for their subscription. I called them to cancel it on Aug 7 when this was flagged and was told it was cancelled. They claim you can “cancel anytime” so I tried. Then on Sep 7 these scam artists tried to charge me again and the bank flagged it again. Evidently you CAN’T cancel anytime, which is illegal. I tried to get in touch with them to demand they cancel the subscription and send it in writing so that I can take them to court if they try again, but couldn’t get to a live agent. I’ve reported them to the BBB and FTC with the hope that someone will be able to put a stop to their illegal actions.

'Transparent' Cashback App? More Like Scammers Inc.
You claim to value transparency, but this was anything but transparent. I thought I was claiming $20 cashback and only realized after the $1 charge that I had been enrolled in a $20/month subscription. Don’t enroll people into subscriptions without very visibly asking for their permission and clearly notifying them beforehand. Very misleading experience.

I NEVER signed up for this company. SCAM
I NEVER signed up for this company and had charges start showing up on my card! Somehow even after my credit card shut down due to fraud charge the monthly subscription rolled over to my new card! I had to call my credit card company and completely block the merchant! My credit card company was able to provide me with an order number that came with the transaction but of course if you call their number you only get an online AI that cannot help you with anything. I even asked what their business hours were and the AI said it could not help with that either. This company is a SCAM!

I ordered a pizza from Casey’s. A pop up which I assumed was from Casey’s said get $20 cash back now . I clicked on it thinking it was a refund from Casey’s then I get a $1 charge on my card . I did not approve this and this is theft ,not only theft but Interstate Fraud .. You and Casey’s will be hearing from out legal team . It seem you are doing this to a lot of unsuspecting people . Perhaps a class action suit would be more appropriate. Just so you know, I’m a partner of a large law firm .
