This website is horrible. It is not easy to navigate. Promised payout is very minimal. It only allows you to upload 1 receipt. Every two days.

I will see if my withdrawal really comes or not they had a 30 day hold on the 20 dollars so I'm not sure what's going to happen but I will update.

You guys are predatory and you know it so don’t act all smug. You bank on people thinking they got a free 20 dollars coming then charge them 20 dollars for what? What do you guys provide other than baiting people . It’s completely ridiculous. You guys deserve to be sued. The fact that a company like yours can even operate in coordination with reputable sites is irredeemably evil .

didn't even know i signed up
a couple months ago i ordered something that offered me $5 cashback. what i didn't know was that i had apparently signed up for this cashback service and had been unknowingly getting charged $20/mo as i've seen many others have as well. i logged into my account i apparently have with them and cancelled my subscription i apparently signed up for. their business practice is incredibly shady/scammy and i hope they realize that.
- EDIT - after cashback now replied to my review, i went to the website where i ordered said item that offered me $5 cashback. i read all the fine print, absolutely NOTHING mentioning a company called cashbacknow or anything regarding a subscription. this company keeps replying to people saying the membership details are presented during signup, but thats just not the truth at all. they do not make it clear to you at ALL what you’re signing up for— very very deceptive business practice (also, i find it hilarious how quick they are to jump on trustpilot & reply to bad reviews, yet NOTHING from their support team.)

Made an order at sonic maybe 2-3 months ago and it said I "earned" $20. Randomly today I got charged $20 for a subscription I never signed up for. I made an account and put in the code to recieve my reward. I was never asked about a subscription cause I know for a fact, I'd never pay $20 a month to get "cashback".

I am very disappointed with CashbackNow because I have tried to withdraw my cashback earnings several times, but every withdrawal has been rejected. I have not received a clear or satisfactory explanation for why my withdrawals keep failing, and I am unable to access the money I have earned. I kindly request CashbackNow Support to review my account, explain the exact reason for the repeated withdrawal rejections, and provide a proper solution so that I can withdraw my available cashback. I hope this issue will be resolved promptly; otherwise, I will have to share my experience publicly on Trustpilot so other users are aware of my experience.

Wish there was an option for no stars
Wish there was an option for no stars! Like most of the people who wrote reviews, I was charged $1 which I never authorized. I emailed customer service and was told that they would cancel my subscription. 4 days later, I was charged $21! I called their customer service and their virtual assistant (there is no option to speak with a real person) said that my refund would take 3-5 business days. I emailed after 9 business days and they replied that customer service would contact me. I have filed a complaint with my State Attorney General. Anyone can do this online and it's an easy process. You can find their information at your state's Department of Justice. By the way: The Wyoming Attorney General's office (where they are alledged to be incorporated) can fine no records under that name.

I want my money back.
This morning I found out that I was randomly charged $21 dollars out of no where. I don’t even share my information nor click on any cashback links. I’m super furious cause my money was practically stolen and I want it back. If I don’t get my $21 back by next week, I will make a report a get the FBI involved.

$20 subscription
I was charged $20 completely unknowingly after not even remembering signing up in the first place. I was unable to access my account after using every email I could’ve possibly used so I tried to emailed support on August 11th to ask for a cancellation, I got an automated email back immediately and after five days I had gotten no human response, it is now the 18th and I have gotten no email still. All I want is for my membership to be canceled.
I have emailed them once again, using the email I sent this review with, let’s hope this time I get a response

7This place is a complete freaking scam it asks you if you want $20 cash back just to get you to click on it then they steal $21 out of your account I have been going back and forth with them for days asking for a refund they said they're sending it and they only sent one freaking dollar when they owe me 20 more dollars I am filing fraud charges with the Better Business Bureau and getting them arrested and shut down for their fraudulent schemes it's so disgusting how they preyed on people, but they scammed the right one this time I have went through this before with other companies and got them in trouble I'm tired of these fraudulent companies they are definitely going to be reported if I don't get my money back by today...
I'm adding two this because I can't reply to your comment I have no email telling me that they sent me a refund like they did when they sent me my dollar back they sent me an email saying it was processed I had gotten new email saying the processed my $20 and no stop acting like this scam is on the up and up and people are signing up for this it literally says if you want $20 cash back click on this thing and the minute you click on it it takes $21 out of your bank account so no people aren't signing up for it they think they're getting $20 it's very very shady
