WARNING
I struggle to understand this Company.
Approved $300 first loan & once paid off applied for a second loan.
I sent all the necessary documents as requested but who ever works at the Sydney Office struggles to understand or too lazy to check their emails.
Second loan was approved & signed the agreement but no funds received.
I then got notified from my bank app advising first $66 payment is due in 4 days.
I then received an email stating my loan application has expired.
Be very careful taking out loans from this mob.

Doesn't seem like I'm adding too much here after reading alot of the other reviews. But you can simply steer clear of this place. I'm not quite sure who they actually approve loans for, if anyone. Applied for a $200 loan, that's it. I've been in the same job almost 10 years and earn over $2000 a fortnight. Just needed a little extra cash to get me through until next pay. I could have even repaid the whole amount in one hit if they needed. But wouldn't even approve me for that. So many of these loan companies miss the point of needing a loan and seem to only approve people who are not in a position to need a loan in th first place.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Took a $300 loan and they proceeded to try and take more than agreed upon out of my account. When I explained my situation with my son being deathly ill and I could not afford the extra amount, they proceeded to tac on more money and show complete heartlessness and unwillingness to work with me. They then filed for a wage garnishment without notifying me for over $1000... for a $300 loan. I never received and contact or documents stating they would garnish wages. They have a business to run, and that is clear...but be mindful of the amounts they are withdrawing from your account. Complete heartless scam artists.

Done my sunday and by Monday my loan was approved within a few hours was so happy thank you for giving me a chance

Wouldn't throw 💩 at this mob.
Not only will you spend days waiting to hear back about your application you will also wait an eternity to get an email back. Ontop of that. You'll spend 5 to 15 minutes just waiting for someone to answer. It's ringing mind you. For over 15 minutes no answer.

When they do answer they'll transfer you to another branch with an extra 15 minutes of dialing tones while u wait.

They take their sweet time knowing you cannot apply for another loan whilst they're application is pending.

My application was for medical purposes I waited 3 days plus the weekend so 5 days and I hadn't even received a response.

Just go somewhere else they can't handle the business .........

I have been waiting 2 days and emailing them with no reply the Facebook page says approved in a hour really dis appointing

Have been a long time customer of cash train and cash stop have planty of loans and never missed a payment. now I can even get a application processed. 2 weeks of emailing them asking how my application is going just to be told it's in the queue it's in the queue it's in the queue... Then the application expired 😞 really disappointed they used to be so good

Too slow for application process, Been waiting three days and no reply. I think the business is just a front with no actual workers

First time I asked for a $200 loan was approved after 5 business days and to get the money 2 days..I've paid of the loan and I'm asking for $1000 because of an unfortunate problem..let's see if the process takes 3 days I'll give 5 stars..this was with sister Cashtrain

They don't take paper copies for your applications anymore, forcing by to you to do it all online even though most of their customers prefer to go in with paper copies. You can't use they same reason that you used for your last loan forcing you to lie on your application. They have poor communication with their customers and don't give you a call informing you of their decision forcing you to call them. Do I need to continue?

I put an application in online and never heard anything from them. I ended up going into Cash Stop Windsor to see what was going on.

I'm a loyal Cash Stop customer but never again will I step into a Cash Stop store or apply for a loan with them again.

And the woman who seemed to be very helpful in the store turned out to be very unhelpful.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After today I'm a very unhappy former customer.

I imagine most who seek small loans through a business like Cash Stop are doing so because they have an unexpected, urgent expense to address. I know I was. And this seems to be something these companies are aware of, with their marketing promising quick decisions - Cash Stop for example claims "Speedy & efficient loan assessment".

All I can say is someone was having a laugh when they wrote that description, as I found it the most glacially slow service imaginable (loan was being assessed through Penrith shop). I'd received an email asking for info on an expense a couple of hours after lodging, which I replied to within 5 minutes of receiving. No sign of any progress till the next day when I got another email asking for the same information for another expense. The "review" process had been going on for several days before I bailed and tried another provider who had an answer for me within 30 minutes.

Applied for a loan and they requested only my ID and payslips and they would approved my loan. They then ask for more bank statements after I had uploaded them already. They make you give them all these documents and saying you’re one step away and we can approve. Then they decline. No such thing as being approved by this company, they just play you so they get money for you putting an application through there business.

No loyalty to their long time customers.
I've been getting loans off them since my oldest son was only a few months old, he is 9 now. I've never missed a repayment and sometimes I even give them their money back in full and EARLY, now it's been 3 months of trying to get money for my son's ear procedure and they won't give me a cent.

They can close their doors permanently I did all the running around myself how dose that earn them a 20percent establishment fee the staff was lovely but I payed the remainder of my loan as I have done many times as I have been a good customer for 22 years and I can't get a loan they can bite me I will no longer go there I'll go to wallet wizard and pay less

Bad stuff you around too much. Been a good customer for past 3 years and never had an issue until now . Don’t recommend to anyone.

requiring you to sign a contract before even processing the application is very odd. Also the processing time is not as advertised. Will not go ahead with cash stop they are very unreliable and dodgy. Will be making a complaint to ASIC and ACCC.

I applied for a loan they put through campbetown nsw worst cash stop ever I applied for a loan on Friday lunchtime it’s now Saturday night and still waiting I have sent them the documents (statement) they needed twice now and still have not heard anything I have emailed them numerous times I have tried ringing them and tried through their live chat not a great business I’m surprised they still operate I have even checked my application status and nothing it hasn’t changed and even moved since yesterday
