Would be great if Cash Stop made people aware that they are affiliated with Cash Train and that their loans with Cash Train effect whether or not, and when they will be approved for a loan with Cash Stop. I didn't know this when I made my application, waited overnight to get a response on the application status page that I'm "conditionally approved pending final repayment with us", which makes no sense whatsoever, I have never had a loan with Cash Stop before. Log in to Member Area to find that the number to make enquiries is the same as the one for Cash Train. Tried to contact Cash Stop about this via live chat (offline), email (no one answered for hours and response was misleading and generic bot nonsense) and phone (no one answered)

So instead, I use Cash Train live chat to ask if they are affiliated with Cash Stop and informed them of the issue with my application with Cash Stop. They said they are affiliated and yes, I will have to wait until my final payment is made with Cash Train before Cash Stop can fully approve and fund my application with them.

So now I have to wait an extra 36 hours and extra for that to happen. So much for a fast service. If I had of known that these 2 companies are affiliated, I would not have applied with Cash Stop, or at least I would have known to wait until the final payment with Cash Train was done before applying with Cash Stop.

A complete pain in the rear end, especially considering that no one from Cash Stop returned any communication about this issue in a timely manner. Pretty pathetic that I had to reach out to another company to be informed about this.

I’ve used multiple cash loans places and they have all been fast and swift. But talking these guys. Their nothing close to it. Also don’t worry contacting because they won’t get back to you.

The rudest, most hostile, customer service - all because I interrupted there trip to buy afternoon tea!

There is no customer service, no body answers the phone in couple of days. Applied Sunday had sent multiple emails Monday and Tuesday trying to find out what's happening with it. Finally had contract signed contract 3pm Tuesday and guess what it's just sitting there. Would not recommend to any body.

For them to say fast is a bit rich all info sent still waiting with same robotic reply no closer to knowing outcome

Terrible and worst experience.They are least bothered about customer service instead try to rip you off big time.Dev said to be a manager he is rude aggressive and abusive.I have esculated to AISC and encourage everyone to report to AISC .Stay away from them

I had a bad experience with cashstop when they were open in Canberra. I put in a complaint about the way I was treated by an employee named Jeremy, who by the way was sleeping behind the counter, and only greeted me after he snored himself awake. Jeremy was always very rude to me, yet when a woman customer gave him a free donut, he approved her loan. I had many dealings with him, where he was consistently rude to me. In the end I had enough and complained. I was happy with the way cashstop handled my complaint, and used the online loans instead, but just now I’ve had a call from “head office” accusing me of being a gambling alcoholic. Like I can’t psy $500 back. Don’t be like me and use these people. They’ve made a lot of money out of me and I’ve been a longtime customer. They’re literally judgemental and poorly trained. It feels like they’ve had prior roles in retail and have subsequently gone mad with power pretending that they’re “finance officers” and “financial managers”. They want to lend to uneducated, financially illiterate addicts, but they want to appear they’re complying with laws they have to operate within. When people aren’t addicts they treat them as if they are anyway. There are better places that over these small loans, which are predatory by nature.

Out of all the payday lenders, once I was approved I had the cash in 15 minutes which was the fastest time I'd ever received funds from a lender. Application process was very easy on the phone and email communication was very swift. Probably the best out of all the lenders I have used. Very professional and helpful phone staff who asked clear questions to help me out with my loan. Giving 5 stars for the swiftness in processing and for receiving the funds in 15 minutes. Thankyou cash stop!

The website on the application process keeps breaking. I've tried to apply 4 times just now. No conviction this is even legit- my advice, don't bother.

Horrible experience, if I could give a negative rating I would. Staff are rude, not helpful and penalise you just because you don’t have a bank card even though you have all your banking records. Topping it all off your made to feel like your doing something wrong. Do not recommend using this company, Liverpool Cash Stop.

Shocking service still waiting 4 days later for a service that was ment to take an hour or so not acceptable.

Won't be using this service again very slow. They ask you for same documents multiple times and I'm given the same answer when I ask how long it will be. Poor service I suggest shopping elsewhere for a small loan
