They are rogues under the guise of licenses and players first.

They had zero withdrawal options available to me after winning 5000x, winning 5000nzd from 1nzd bet.
Uploaded some money via my skrill to make it then an option to withdraw with, I tested it with 800nzd, and received the money to my Skrill an appauling 53 hours later. Then proceeded to try withdraw more, got told they had problems with processing it on skrills side, then took it upon themselves to remove it as an option to withdraw to any further and proceeded to try and force a bank account info from me after using paysafes and Skrill to deposit with. They are currently under investigation by skrills merchant team regarding there contract. I will know in the next day or two if I go the next step once I hear from Skrill, but I guarantee the casino are giving Skrill delayed responses also (if any)
Update will come when I can.

This site is a scam!! I signed up and buy in and when I try to withdrawal they ask me provide them my information to proof and I provided what they asked for, after 5 days they accepted my withdrawals And now I waited more than 10 business day and still didn’t got my fund, they told me they already accepted the withdrawals on there side, I need to give them my bank statement to proof that I didn’t receive the fund, but after that email I got a email saying my withdrawals failed and I need to send them a void cheque, and now the fund didn’t even return back to my account, this is totally BS. 18. September vant jeg 26000,- som ble utbetalt den 18. September, ble lovet pengene på konto innen 1. Oktober. Jeg kontakter support den 1. Oktober som sier det hva problemer med mitt uttak, 23 dager senere mottar jeg e-post om at problemet er løst og at jeg vil motta midlene innen 5 bankdager, jeg kontakter support etter 5 bankdager, dem sier jeg må vente 10 bankdager. 3. November kontakter jeg support igjen som ikke kan bekrefte at pengene ble utbetalt, dem sier dem venter på svar fra sitt payment team, dette casinoet legger skylden på cashixir. Det er nå 23.Desember altså gått 3 måneder siden jeg ba om uttak fra min spillekonto, i løpet av 80 dager har dem enda ikke utbetalt pengene eller fikset det såkalte problemet dem prater om, dem sier det er problemet med utbetaling til konto i Norge, jeg sendte EUR konto som pengene kan utbetales til, men dem nekter og gjøre dette. Alle agenter sier forskjellige ting hos dem, så man vet ikke hvilket svar man skal forholde seg til. Alle agenter har bekreftet at jeg vil motta mine penger, og at dem ikke har noen grunn til og holde pengene tilbake. Om dem opprettet sak på dette 1 oktober så burde disse saksnummerene ligge i saken min, jeg har heldigvis spart på chat historier, og saksnummer fra samtaler med Casigo. Dont play here, I tryed to withdraw 51 euro, after 24 hours i get an email that says my withdraw is accepted and my money would be in my bank in 2 hours or max 3 days, after 3 days i wrote to the live support that tells me it can take 5 days, i wait 2 more days, after that i contact the live support again and they telling me this time it can take 10 days, after 10 days i contact live support again, now they telling me that zimpler dosent letting my withdraw pass and the are going to try and withdraw my money again but cant promise any time frime.. the support are lying and say diffrent things every time and the support "daisy" was rude and dint speak to me proffesonal at all and i wast rude to her at all. and she dint let me finnish a sentence until she closed the chat multibul times, I will never ever play at this casino again, why lie? tell the truth from the beginning insted. i have also asked them what the withdraw reference is so i can give it to zimpler so they can look but they give me the wrong reference number repeatedly and zimpler couldt find any withdraw. i will update this rewiev if i ever will get my money but i doubt it.

Good casino but why a 3 star it's because there site is constantly lagging or logging you out of your account all the time. Honestly i would never normally write a bad review about casino as genuinely i have never had that bad off an experience however this site deserves 0 stars

So i signed up and deposited a 1000 pounds i quicky found out that this site is linked to other casinos and i had a spend limit on it the account so I couldnt wager my money.
I spoke to a manager on chat and requested my account to be closed he advised to withdraw the money before closing, i tried but whenever i pressed withdraw nothing would happen. I advised the manager of this and he said not a problem that when he closes the account he will request a manuel withdrawal and ill receive the funds in 48 hours so i agreed to this. He said i would recieve a email when this has been done.

3 days past no email or refund. I went on chat they said with relevant department please allow more time. A week past and numerous live chat conversations all stating please allow more time still no email and no refund.

I go on livechat and state all of this the lady on live chat goes to the relevant department and the provide an update that they are still reviewing my request and please allow up to 28 days to get an email. Like what?? What could possibly take 28 days to review ive never wagered a penny with this site when i realised it was linked to other casinos i closed my account and requested my withdrawal. What is there to possibly review.

Its 2021 how can it take 28 days to process this simple request.
