I uploaded my ID and bill, they approved. Next month, another withdrawal and they suddenly want the same documents again because their “system updated”. Why don’t they keep records properly? It’s tiring.

Half the games I wanted to try say “not available in your region” after I already deposited. They could show that before. Just feels like a waste.
