Great service & price. Friendly and helpful staff.

Although, initially happy with the radiators, I was a little disappointed with the BTU calculator due to the rooms not being as warm as I expected, even after calculating room size. Will need to add sections/columns at a later date to increase heat in bedrooms.
But overall happy and they look great.

Will use Cast Iron Radiators Ltd in the future.

The radiators look terrific and we had absolutely no issues with the order.

Very pleased with our radiator.

I had the problem of trying to match up a new radiator to existing ones of unknown make. After I had narrowed down my choice on the web site a phone call to Cast Iron Radiators proved very helpful. Delivery was as promised and the quality was good. The colour was the hardest bit as its so subjective and photos are not always helpful, and they got that right too. My customer is quite demanding and they were pleased with the result.

Phone support was very friendly and helpful, delivery quick and the radiators fantastic!

The Cast Iron Radiator company supplied me with good quality reproduction radiators at a good price. The service was good, I can highly recommend this company.

Wouldn't change anything

Requests for clarification of some technical data placed in special designated mail box in the internet site of Cast Iron Radiators Ltd was totally ignored. As a result I am looking for an alternative radiator supplier.

These guys were great. V good communication and a v good product. Couldn't be happier sitting next to my rad.

Unfortunatelly i bought the radiator for my apartment, very nice and very expensive as well!! Cast Iron accepted my order and of course they ask for the payment before delivery! No one was able to realize that in Italy we have different legislation and we cannot use the same size of valves!!!
At that point no support no service no reply to my e mail!! They try but not understanding the problem! I spend a lot of money to find by my self to solve the problem! Very disappointed ! They are not able to manage an order with technical knowledge they just look for the money
Not raccomande this company!!!
I still waiting for an answer !

I m quiet surprise to read your e mail!
I can forward you several e mail i send to the people that followed my order with all the detail very well explained about the pipes! The adaptor you send me was not the right one this is the reason i didn t used it! The italian supplier you give me was very good and he help me ro solve the problem but the original pipe i boght wete not from this supplier( one of best in italy) and was not possible for him to exchange it, he said that the pipe were a copy of the orinal . So i was forced to buy again all the pipe!
After several e mail asking instructio to send back the wrong one no one from your company answrr my e mail !
Now you say that the person was out for a long leave?? This is the 3td person disappiring in all this story, starting from the one that take the first order!
Please let me know how to proceed now with the retourn

i am from the usa. if called to buy some of your gorgeous period valves for my old cast iron radiators but found that the piping here in the usa is larger than the openings in the valve. how disappointing; now i will have to be satisfied with the ugly brass valves we have here.

i wish your valves came in 1 to 1 1/2 inches sizes. gone are my dreams of restored cast iron radiators with period valves.

I requested an estimate online and received a comprehensive response the following day. The quote included a decent discount of 10% off the quoted web prices.

My order was for ten, four column Victorian cast iron radiators with valves and stays and arrived eight days after I placed the order.

Overall I am very satisfied.

One word of advice - as described on the web site deliveries come on a pallet and delivered kerbside on a day to suit you; prepare to do some heavy lifting. You will need a strong two person team, please do not try this on your own, a small six section four column just 660 high weighs around 30kg.

I'd recommend cast iron radiators to anyone looking for a traditional type of painted rad. Customer service is great and choice of colours is huge. Delivery was prompt and the goods arrived in perfect order. Fab x

Very easy to order from

I have been trying for 10 weeks to order several elements from these guys. Several emails have gone unanswered. All I want to do is give them my money and get their product.

I had to write three times asking the same question to the sale person before receiving the information requested.

Very helpful throughout the service, with all questions answered before purchase and care/handling instructions received. Checked quite a few other sites and found this to be best price for complete service. The product is an Arroll cast iron radiator in which I'm extremely happy with and arrived within the estimated delivery time. Can't fault the service and will be using again.

Not much to say except that the customer service is efficient and quick. products look very appealing and delivery is rapid.
