Fun products, ease of use on the site.

I am a first timer and I hope this won't be the last. What caught my eye was the unique style of your clothing. Of course I ordered my Kamala sweatshirt like how you put the special touch👍🏾and the "boss shirt" She the President 🙄I trying to figure out which color 😏 I'm a first timer awaiting my new sweatshirt and hoping my next experience will open with this🤸🏾🤸🏾🤸🏾🤸🏾🤸🏾🤸🏾🤗

I received a confirmation email for over $75. I paid for three Kamala shirts almost a week ago. I have never received any shipping information. I am campaigning for Kamala & there about 50 days left before the election, this is very time sensitive merch and your delay in even providing shipping info is unacceptable. I also emailed including my order number and confirmation requesting shipping information and I have been ignored. Once you are in possession of someone’s money, it is your obligation to inform them of where the goods they have paid for are in terms of tracking and expected arrival date. I cannot get that information from you. Very poor experience and disappointed. Every day I don’t have those shirts makes them less valuable and useful to me as a campaign or and supporter. Zero customer svc . Very disappointed.

The selection was great and the ordering process was easy.

Complete scam and waste of money. They picture cool looking shirts in quality fabrics and then what you get is a cheap knockoff in a hideous fabric--worse than a store bought Halloween costume--and missing all the style details that made you want it in the first place. I sent them photos of what I got vs what they offered on their site, noting that on their site they say they accept returns for undamaged d goods that you are dissatisfied with. They say they will send you a shipping label, but what they don't say is that you have to pay for the return shipping which is more than the cost of the item. Alternatively, they offered me 20% toward a new purchase of more garbage from their site (absurd) or $5 refund on a $28 shirt and lucky me, I get to keep this shirt that can't even be used as a dust rag because it is too synthetic and slippery. Don't be tempted. It's a bait and switch site. I NEVER write reviews. But this was really bad. Very disappointing

This is one of those companies from China that sends you inferior products. Then, when you want to return anything (they say on their website that you can return items!), they say "Sorry, you can return it, but at your own cost (a lot to send back to China!) and risk. So, can we give you a 20% coupon instead to order MORE STUFF from our website?

Ordered a shirt, fabric was supposed to be jersey and it’s nylon. Picture shows bell sleeves and their straight, stitching and cut look to be done by a kindergartener!! (That’s being generous) 3 weeks to receive and over charged $8 tax on $24 shirt plus shipping came to $40!! SCAM

Hi again, I sent another email to CASUFIT to send me the authorization to return. I would like to send the t-shirt back as soon as possible and receive my refund.
The email was not in my junk folder. Could please resend. I would really appreciate a response

Looking for a special gift for a “cat” friend & your site offered many good selections in her size.

I've yet to receive my order. However, being a first time buyer, I chose to take advantage of free shipping which I find very favorable for my on line orders and try to take advantage as website requires, However, although the shipping charge was only $4,99 and several comminication emails, your staff was unable to find the deadline promo offered of 8/25 thus unable to honor, disappointed in the result CAF13110

Before you buy look at trustpilot reviews for a company named wearshes. Wearshes is a scam company that sends cheap copies of the clothes pictured in the ads. They will not give refunds unless you pay to have items shipped to China. Casufit and Wearshes sell the exact items. Buyer beware. I ordered from Wearshes and received only half the items. Quality was dreadful. Yet another Chinese scam

This company is a scam. I waited far too long, and the items I received were so cheap and unusable! Do not purchase from them. The baseball cap was actually plastic! It does not bend at all. The shirt is so poorly stitched i cannot wear it. The company sent them in a small cellophane bag with absolutely NO information to return or get help.
