The classes and my mentors have both been doing well. They each have their own teaching styles which are effective in their own respective groups of math and reading, writing. My math teacher Zakaria Ali is very good at explaining complex problems and helping me understand and absorb important information since day 1! My English teacher Nitin has also been great at explaining and helping me understand different aspects of sat reading and writing, and he has personalized all of our classes since day 1 in ways that are truly beneficial to me! My only issue with these classes I am taking is the support staff from Codeyoung, there are timing differences and it is hard to get good assistance when we immediately need it. This can be seen when in the first 3 wks we constantly messaged different people about an issue I had about my login for catalyst, these people either ignored our messages or said they didn’t have the ability to help with this. But soon we were able to fix this and it has been mostly smooth sailing from there on out. Thank you to this program and everyone involved with helping me increase my SAT score!

My teacher is Saswati Chatterjee Acharjee. She was good but not engaging enough and her teaching style was just practice questions. She could’ve gave more tips and tricks and more exciting to learn. However she was friendly and nice and understanding which made her a good teacher.

Mr. Zakaria is a wonderful Math teacher. He is extremely patient and very thorough with his material. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the student understands every single concept, and ensures that they practice and perfect the troublesome aspects. I love how i get one on one sessions where i can ask questions about anything i am confused about. i also have a lot of time to be able to take in new ideas and lessons, as well as refresh old ones. i also have a lot of recourses from Mr Nitin that help me better understand and study for the english SAT

My experience was good because I learned a lot of new things and I'm getting better at what I first could not do. The teacher Kanishka Mahajan was very good at explain things and making it easier to understand.

I really liked this tutoring and had a good experience. I got a very high score for the English part of the SAT, which I took classes for. Nithin sir was very helpful and provided lots of guidance and practice questions to help me succeed. I would definitley recommend catalyst for anyone seeking SAT prep classes.

We took 5 one hour PSAT 8/9 classes with code young for last minute practice. We didn't have enough time to join their course. The mentor Nitin Chandra Gopal is really good. He gave lot of practice tests to my child. My child got 670 out of 720. The only disappointment is their company.

Sir Nitin is an outstanding English teacher who consistently demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English. He explains concepts clearly, making even complex topics easy to understand. His lessons are well-structured, engaging, and encourage active participation from students. With his help & hard work my daughter was able to score an excellent scores in her SAT. She was struggling to achieve a certain scores in SAT, under the guidance of Sir Nitin, my daughter jump 100 points in her SAT test.
