The personality traits session is a very useful one specially for people to use in the professional life. It would ease out a lot of conflict situations. I highly recommend that corporates encourage their people to attend this sessions.

Great Session Girish on personality traits. It will help me to understand clearly why a person behaves the way he does based on his personality. Somewhere it also reflects on my own behavior and gives good inputs to bring in a synergy between people may it be your kid, spouse, boss or subordinate to bring out the best in them in harmony making life enjoyable.

For sometime now, I have been reading, watching videos, following social media handles, browsing on parental topics, talking to fellow parents to learn and gain insights. My mom says parenting is like thousands of moving parts go figure out.
I also felt most of the material and advice available are predominantly western not eastern in nature, our parenting challenges are a lot different, we as a society are not as individualist as west is now.
I have not found a parental genie yet, but found Girish,his sessions and workshops are helping me face parenting challenges of modern world.

It requires parents to become empathetic n rise above the feeling of possessing / owning one's child.

We attended the Tantrums to Handshakes session in April 2021. Me and my wife found the sessions interesting, practical and insightful. We are now trying to implement the learnings in the interaction with our teenage daughter.

Good experience. Actually I found my own mistakes while talking to son. Instead of changing h I realize that I need to chane myself first. A real eye opener session.

I never thought that a 5 day workshop could really make a difference in my approach and in turn in my child's approach. But this is exactly what this workshop did. It made me think and gave guidelines to respond in familiar situations. The result was I was better prepared for tantrums. I recommend this workshop to all parents sailing in the same boat as me who find it difficult to handle their kid's tantrums. Thank you Girish Sir for sharing your knowledge and coaching us in parenting.

Had a great session for five days with task. Looking forward to learn more. If u can give some more tips in this five days program would be much grateful. Because everyone can't afford to do big package program.
