Disappointing.

As per other reviews,
- my order took ages to arrive, with no communication
- I keep being charged monthly, despite the initial order supposedly covering 3 months of film
- I have received only confusing AI generated responses to emails
- the camera itself has now broken

I don't trust the company to actually develop the film either so I'll have to pay even more to get this developed myself.

Thought it seemed too good to be true! Avoid.

NEVER I mean NEVER buy from this scammy company!!!!! Not only did the camera take months to arrive, they are continuously trying to take instalments of £25 to pay for “film & development”. In what world does that equate £75 in additional chargers. The camera itself is made of cheap plastic, and not worth the money in any way. I first purchased in Jan & still having problems with them trying to take money in April. It’s insane. Worst experience ever, wish I’d never ever bought. Infuriating.

Never received product and they don’t reply to emails.
I ordered a camera from Catch a month a go. I haven’t recieved my order still and despite messaging them repeatedly via email and via the live chat on their website , they haven’t responded or sent out the camera. They are then trying repeatedly to take money for my film subscription with them despite the fact I haven’t even recieved the camera I ordered. I’m immensely disappointed with their inability to get products to customers as well as their non existent customer support services.
