Shame there's no zero star options, absolutely 100% animal abuse business, hope you get prosecuted and shut down! Cathedral city are the lowest of the low

Maybe you as a company should look at the absolutely disgusting videos doing the rounds on social media of cattle being brutally abused by sadistic scum workers who represent you’re company … sickening

Blatant cruelty exposed on their farm in Cornwall. Absolute scum of the earth. I seriously hope that your clients boycott you and all that you stand for.

Chicken pie. I bought as thought oh a cheese company will be cheesy. Tasteless will not buy again

Very overpriced, even with Nectar price.

Chicken & Leek Pie has only 14% chicken, so barely justifies being top of the bill (just to lure you in!). Seemed to be mostly potato. Leeks are barely perceptible.

Very alluring photos on these products. Once tried, I'm going to steer clear. Next time I have a weak moment, I think I'll stick to Sainsbury's own. Thankfully I can think of it as just points wasted on it ....rather than money...

Absolutely ghastly, bought it believing it was normal grated cheese as the packaging was similar. They need to make it more obvious that it is not traditional cheese, maybe a skull & crossbow motif on the packaging.

I filled in a form on the Cathedral City website today to contact them about a mould on a fresh packet of cheddar cheese. When I went to send the online form I got a message "enter a valid postcode" I did enter my postcode but it would not accept it, after a few attempts I decided to try other family member postcodes but I got the same message "enter a valid postcode.

Cathedral city naturally smoked cheddar, bought this to try on Wednesday 19/03/2025. So gutted I wasted my money. It smells like fish and has a slightly tuna flavour. Also a bit slimy. So disappointed Cathedral City. Definitely do not recommend

Cathedral city mature cheese is my usual bought cheese. It is tasty with a lovely smooth texture. Great for cheese on toast and sandwiches.
However,
Cathedral city High Protein cheese is awful. Plastic texture, very dry and hard with an awful artificial taste.

The first time I have tried their cheese and it was mouldy when I opened it

This brand of Cheese is amazing.I love the taste and it keeps in the fridge really well.The issue is it crumbles when I try to slice it,no matter how thinly or thickly it just crumbles before the knife is even fully through.

I have tried all manner of knives as well even bought cheese wire but still the same result.

There is nothing on the packaging to suggest it is not intended for making sandwiches or that it cannot be sliced.

I will continue to buy it though.Just a bit annoying that it is so messy to prepare.
