Very friendly and helpful. Put me completely at ease.

I called today to enquire about treatment via BUPA Dental Policy, the receptionist didn't even let me finish my questions, she was hostile and told me that I have to pay £165 to get the information...I only wanted to know how to register and when I can book the appointment.

The experience was great because the dentist made me feel comfortable and I was reassured that the source of the pain in my gums was found and that it could be treated. They also reassured me that the infection would not lead to any tooth loss. I was prescribed with mouthwash and a special gum numbing agent to help me eat without pain.
I had an emergency appointment on the afternoon of the same day that I phoned. Fantastic service and would thoroughly recommend.

I recently had an amazing experience at Cathedral Dental Clinic during my appointment with Dr Antonio Pires. At first, I went in for a check-up and scale and polish. A second appointment was scheduled for the following day for a filling and wisdom tooth extraction. Dr Pires is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. He was empathetic, gentle, thorough, and diligent. He explained the X-rays to me and each step of the procedure in detail, which helped put my mind at ease. I told him that I had temporomandibular joint disorder - he was so patient and stopped every so often to allow me to rest my jaw. The dental nurses, Kayleigh, and Sweena, were so friendly and helpful. Additionally, the clinic staff, including Cathy, Ffion, and Ali, the operations manager, were all very hospitable and welcoming. Overall, my experience at Cathedral Dental Clinic was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental treatment.

Staff were amazing, always trying their best to accommodate my weird schedule to get me appointments that best for me. Honest and the work that was done was great.

Tony was fantastically helpful and great at guiding me through what my scans meant in relation to wisdom tooth removal - patient, honest, and good-humoured. Brilliant equipment and upmarket facilities.

Cathedral Dental Clinic is profoundly the best in the business. I am incredibly happy with the care I’ve recieved here. All the staff are professional, welcoming and highly organised. Dr Kolahi and her team are incredible - they are experts in what they do- and strive to achieve nothing greater than absolute patient satisfaction. I have been a patient at this dentist for almost 3 years and have never recieved a negative experience. I would whole heartedly recommend this dental clinic - you will not be disappointed.

My twin daughters required extensive orthodontic work on their teeth and were quite anxious about having to have so much done. The care, time and consideration taken by everyone at cathedral road dental clinic was amazing throughout the whole what turned out to be almost 3 years of treatment.
Given I had daughters in school I had considered going to an advertised “teenage friendly” orthodontist, I am so pleased I stayed at the cathedral road dental clinic as they were considerate to timings of appointments and the girls needs throughout. There were times when we would contact the clinic to check if we needed to be seen (perhaps a bracket was lose/unsure about a band) and when contacting for an appointment we were seen within 24 hours.
Of course what you want is an amazing experience that exceeds expectations (which we absolutely did at each point) but you also want results, and that we did.
Just wow!!! My daughters can’t stop looking at their teeth, and people mention them all the time. Their jaws have been widened/bite altered/gums corrected and of course teeth straightened, I am of course biased but I think they look incredible and beautiful, and they are proud and confident girls who now show their teeth when they smile. Thankyou all at cathedral road dental clinic. I would highly recommend your services to anyone and everyone.

I could not recommend Cathedral Dental enough. I have always been self conscious of my smile, due to my teeth not being very visible. Emma listened to my concerns and was able to create my dream smile by placing composite veneers. The service was perfect, I felt really well looked after throughout the whole journey and the practice itself is beautiful. Also, special thanks to Hannah the lovely nurse who made me feel so at ease throughout! Thanks again, I cannot stop smiling!

Phoned the clinic at 10am asking to make an appointment for a non-urgent gum problem. Was given an immediate appointment and had seen the dentist and received a diagnosis and treatment plan by 10.30am. Amazing!

It is the first time i have attended a dental appointment without out my stomach turning inside out with nerves. I had my first appointment in January and knew that because there was no pain, and that Dr Antonio Pires works in away that there is no nasty surprises, I kew what to expect, it made a huge difference as did my appointment with Amanda the Hygienist which was informative and she listened to me, all went well and my dental care has greatly improve. I would 100% recommend Cathedral Dental Clinic.

A lovely dental clinic. As soon as you walk through the door the smell is lovely. Friendly professional and helpful staff at the reception desk. Spotlessly clean and fresh environment. The dentist Pedro is very professional and reassuring explaining the process thoroughly before commencing the treatment. During treatment he is constantly checking to ensure I have no pain during the process. Thank you for a brilliant service and a sparkling new tooth.

1) A full analysis of my teeth involving xrays etc at an agreed cost.
2) A fully costed treatment plan involving 8 extractions.
3) Relatively painless but bloody treatment.
4) Six months have passed with no issues or further treatment. Excellent.

Lovely clinic. Staff are polite, professional and friendly. It is a calm environment. The dentist was fantastic with my little one and she actually asked to go back!
