Phoned Beaufort Practice because I had dislodged a crown.They offered me a choice of appointments for the same day.Staff are always friendly and accommodating.The dentist,Nicola, sorted the crown and identified further work and options that I might have.

Tammy arranged the emergency appointment with care and efficiency When I attended the following day I was greeted and directed by Sarah to the first floor. Russell was outstanding and corrected the problem with skill in fifteen minutes. I left the Beaufort Practice very happy . Once again Russell Gidney and the Team have excelled themselves.

Thomas Ryland first explained the intended procedure to remove the remnant of my broken tooth. The whole operation was expertly completed with little discomfort felt by me. Thank you.

Had a dental check up and visit to hygienist today.
Receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Appointments were on time and the service from everyone is excellent.

Emergency appointment sorted out by the lovely Sarah on reception . Usual wonderful treatment by Thomas Ryland and his nurse . Makes me so much more able to tolerate dental treatment . They are all 5

I had a hygienist appointment with Aimee, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Very professional and friendly.

The cleaning itself was very thorough I could immediately feel the difference - my teeth felt noticeably cleaner.

Regular checkup with Nicola and hygienist appointment with Holly. Excellent professional treatment as always, and friendly staff to make you feel very welcome. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice!

He is very knowledgable and this is always apparent in conversations with him.

Another really excellent service today . Receptionists kind . Thomas the dentist was really good and very patient with me also the nurse was lovely and reassuring . Make my fear of dentists much easier to cope with . Thank you all so much

I had a great experience at the dentist's office. The dentist provided clear and thorough explanations.

My crown broke and was really uncomfortable due to the sharp edges. Fixed super quick with a temper y crown. New crown in a couple of weeks. Russel was very caring , knowing that I am a very nervous patient

Excellent appointment with Dr Thomas Ryland today and Harriett , the nurse. I am not an easy patient but they both made it very comfortable and easy .

Had Luna the dog been able to develop opposable thumbs and use the instruments it would have been have been 6 stars out of 5 but based on the human treating me I will rate him 5 stars.

However, is it for the first time to the Beaufort Park? Surgery was excellent very prompt very kind and friendly very thorough and I felt very much looked after and very pleased that I had choose to move to this Surgery.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team were very professional throughout my visit to the surgery, explaining everything during the procedure.

I'm a person who really dreads visits to the dentist. Mostly due to feeling ashamed of my teeth and fearing judgement. Today I had an emergency appointment to remove an infected wisdom tooth and Dr Thomas Ryland took such good care of me. He could probably tell I was not feeling comfortable and he made me feel so much more at ease by being gentle and non judgemental. I really appreciated his caring manner.

I have been with this Dentist for several years now. Always found the staff very friendly and accommodating . The email system they have keeps you on top of your appointments with reminders close to the date so you never have to remember when one is due. Lots of availability for early morning (my preference) but I understand evening and Saturday appointments are available if needed without too much of a wait. Dentists and hygienists are also very good although they have had a turnaround of staff recently, but the new staff are even better based on today’s experience. I would recommend the DenPlan option if you want keep dental care affordable and high quality at a monthly fee. Taking away the fear of unexpected costs.

I had an arduous procedure which took an hour and a half. Russell explained clearly what was to be done and thoughtfully paused several times to ask if I was ok. I was , due to the expertly administered injections!
As a family we have been attending for around ten years and will continue to do so.
