Hi Melany, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way, and we want to address your concerns directly.

Catrín is not a scam. We are a Welsh-founded brand, and that heritage is genuinely at the heart of everything we do. Like many brands across a wide range of industries, our products are manufactured and shipped from overseas, this is clearly outlined on our website. We understand this may not have met your expectations, and we're always looking at how we can make this clearer before purchase.

We're glad you found the product to be of a reasonable quality, we think that speaks to the care and attention we put into every piece. We carefully source premium marble and stand behind what we sell. That said, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase so if you'd like to discuss this further, we'd welcome the chance to make it right.

Yours sincerely,
Catrín

Hi Elaine, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

We're sorry your order was delayed, that's not the experience we want for any customer, and we should have kept you better informed along the way.

To clarify, Catrín is a Welsh-founded brand and that heritage is central to who we are. Our products are shipped from outside the UK, which is outlined on our website, but we understand this may not have been obvious enough, and we're always working to make that clearer.

We're glad you're pleased with the quality of your warmer. We stand firmly behind the craftsmanship and materials that go into every piece.

We've also sent you an email directly to try to resolve your concerns and make things right. If you haven't received it, please check your spam or junk folder, as we'd still be very happy to speak with you and resolve this directly.

Yours sincerely,
Catrín
