I wish I had read the reviews before placing the order.
I placed my order on 27 December 2025 and this has been an exhausting experience from start to finish.
The order was delayed due to “supply chain issues”. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong product.
I returned it immediately and was told the refund would take 3–5 business days once received. That timeframe passed with no refund, and I had to repeatedly chase updates. Communication was slow and vague, and progress only happened after multiple follow ups.
It is now 10 February and I’ve only just been told the refund has finally been processed and to wait another 10 days for the money to appear. From placing the order to (hopefully) receiving my refund, this process will have taken over 6 weeks.
This experience gave me very little confidence that the item was ever actually ready to dispatch in the first place. I would not order from Catwalk again EVER and it has been by far the worst online shopping experience I have had

Can’t give “0” stars. I ordered shampoo and conditioner and still have not received. When ordered they were supposed to deliver within a few days. I followed up and they said the item was no in stock but would be at the end of the week… that week came and went.. so did another after another follow up. Constantly getting responses it will be here at the end of the week but does not arrive. Have asked for refund and they just ignore the request. I purchased via afterpay so have asked for my money back through afterpay now. This is the WORST! Company… DO NOT ORDER
Waiting
Just adding another review saying more of the same. As of tomorrow I will be waiting 5 weeks. Bottle of shampoo, bottle of conditioner. Still hasn't been shipped. For the first couple of weeks I got a couple of emails saying there is an unexpected delays. Then nothing. Two days ago I sent an email asking where it was and just an automated reply letting them know they will respond sometime soon. From reading these reviews I'm not holding my breath.

Can you give me negative stars. Worst customer experience I have seen in online in a very long time. I would not buy from them, trying to get a refund on my order from 16 Jan, today 4 Feb - they cannot tell me anything!
Not worth your time
I don’t understand why this store has so many stars on Google reviews, because the quality of service leaves much to be desired. To begin with, the item was out of stock, but this was not indicated on the website. I was expecting delivery within the next few days, but instead I was fed empty promises and received numerous emails along the lines of “we understand this is not what you want to hear.”

Absolutely the same as everyone else … waiting since the 18th Jan. same abrupt emails, automated, I’m guessing but nevertheless abrupt and uninformative. This happened last year too, I thought maybe it was a one off. NOPE !! Hopeless lousy company. So yourself a favour and pay the extra or whatever you need to do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to give a donation to them !!

Still waiting for my order 4 weeks later. I wish I had read these reviews. Followed up with emails only to receive a threatening email saying stop emailing us, the more you send the lower down the list we put you. I'm sure it's just one person sitting at home on-selling products for a profit, which they then can't source. I'm reporting them to PayPal to get my money back, I hope others do the same.

Same story as everyone else - ordered on 14 January. Still here waiting for updates on 31 January after being promised my order would be sent out by yesterday “at the latest” (it wasn’t). Not worth saving $10 over competitors on a $250 order. Not convinced my items will ever come.

My second order and again doesnt seem to be in stock as received another delay email. Would be different if I ordered knowing it was a back order.

Terrible experience. I did not receive my order even after one month. Despite multiple emails and calls, there was no response initially. I eventually received a refund, but only after significant effort.

Think twice before ordering from this website. It’s been 17 days since I placed my order and it still hasn’t been shipped. Customer support takes days to respond and the replies are generic/automated. There’s also no phone number to call. Really disappointing experience! the store needs to be more responsible and transparent with customers about dispatch times.

Extremely poor shipping i wished I had read these reviews before placing an order with this company. As someone who does alot of online shopping I have never experienced this poor service even at busy sales times...a deal breaker will never order from them again...lift your game Catwalk in a competitive market you are woeful.
Dissapointing
I ordered 3 items off their website. I had to email to find out was happening after a week. I then got told that they would send asap. I then was told a few days later they don’t have one of the products and then in a further email they only had one of the products. 3 weeks after my order I finally received one product. It was very disorganised and disappointing. I wouldn’t order from them again.
BUYERS BEWARE!!
Worst online company I've ever dealt with so definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else! My order was never sent, I kept getting automated emails telling me "your item will be sent soon" but also giving me their "turnaround time" which was already passed EVERY TIME! The last one I got even had a paragraph at the end saying the contents of this email may be incorrect as the email is automated - so what you're trying to tell me is you lie? If you try contacting them you just get ignored (again automated email replies and their answering machine when you call them states they don't deal with online orders over the phone). Sorry but this place is downright dodgy! Luckily I paid with PayPal, they finally had to issue me with a refund after I reported them and PayPal opened a claim.
