14 days later, order still not processed, no shipping
I ordered a product on 31/12/25. Had no updates on it until 8/1/26 that order is “still processing.” Emailed customer care on the 7/1/26 and received a reply back from then on the 9/1/26 stating - order is delayed and is still getting processed. Email stated order will be processed in 2-4 business days. Now on the 14/1/26 still nothing. No shipping email, no personal update from them. Spent a lot of money on these products and feel like I am not getting scammed.
Buyer beware
Buyer beware. I waited over 2.5 weeks for my online order with no updates or responses despite multiple enquiries via email and their portal. I requested cancellation as we were heading overseas and no one would be home, but days later received an automated email saying the order had shipped anyway. On the day of delivery, they claimed they’d only just received my cancellation request and couldn’t stop it. I now have an expensive parcel left unattended. Extremely slow dispatch and very poor customer service. Will not purchase again.

Same story, order not shipped within 5 days. I sent an enquiry, and 3 days later received an automated “order delay” email. Their phone line is for the showroom and salon only so you can’t contact them to request a cancellation/refund over phone - and they’re obviously aware of this being a huge issue for many, given the “we won’t tolerate any unkind attitude” messaging in their pre-recorded message.
I haven’t received a response, however I’d say all of these other reviews, paired with my current experience is enough to draw to conclusions.
Extremely poor practice, and depending on how this plays out, a report to the ACCC will be on the cards.
They have my money, I have no product or idea of when/if I’ll receive it, and I can’t do anything about it - super.
I wouldn’t recommend.
Extremely disappointing service and no communication
am extremely disappointed with Catwalk’s service.
I placed my order with plenty of time, yet my package has still not been sent, and I am travelling this Friday, which I made clear to them. Since ordering, I have made multiple attempts to contact Catwalk — including WhatsApp messages, several emails, and phone calls — and have received no proper response.
The only thing I received was an automated message stating there are delays, which is not acceptable when customers are trying to urgently resolve an issue. I was later contacted by someone named Adam, who said he could upgrade my order to express shipping, but despite this assurance, nothing was shipped today and there has been no follow-up or confirmation.
At this point, the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability is extremely frustrating. If there are delays, customers deserve clear updates and honest timelines, not silence and automated replies. I am now at risk of not receiving my order at all due to travel, despite making every effort to resolve this directly with the company.
I expected far better customer service and reliability.

Ordered shampoo 18 days ago. Still haven’t got it. Emailed them and they said there was a delay in processing my order and it would be processed in the next three days. Still waiting.
Have we been scammed?
I placed a small order on 22nd November and they have sent me two separate emails claiming "delay." I have never waited this long for a domestic shipment before. I know they're not making batches of shampoo by hand so unless they're walking my order to Brisbane, I genuinely don't understand how the delay is this monumental. What are you lot doing?
Delayed order, but great customer service.
Like the other reviews I experienced a delay with my order and had no contact from the company after 5 working days so emailed to request a refund. I did get an email from the company the next day explaining that there was a delay, however I still wanted to proceed with the refund.
They got back to me next business day (emailed Friday, responded to Monday) were actually very understanding, and refunded me in full without the 10% fee as it wasn’t a change of mind order, it was due to delay.
I have to agree that looking at the reviews, having so many orders delayed probably isn’t great for business in a competitive market, however I can’t fault their customer service.
ORDERED BUT HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER
i ordered on 12/11 and today is 27/11, over 3 weeks and i still havent received my order. The company keeps sending out auto email saying they will dispatch my order in 1-2 days guaranteed but still havent dispatched. SCAM COMPANY
Slow dispatch
Ordered and paid on 17/11/25. Got notification the items were being prepared to be shipped on 24/11/25. Just received another notification that items are on the way, perhaps getting them by end of this week or next week. They took 1 week to dispatch item, whereas I receive a lot of items ordered same time or after with other suppliers (I shop online a lot). 2 weeks to receive items. Lesson learnt, 1 st and last time with Catwalk.
I had no issues
It was only one day outside of promised fulfilment. I ordered and then read all these reviews and they were terrible. I assumed I would never get my products and it would be the worst experience ever. It just wasn’t. I was updated. They are cheap. No complaints and will definitely use again.
I’m not saying people haven’t had bad experiences. I’m just saying I absolutely did not. It was perfect and I got products heavily discounted and delivered just fine.
I do find it a bit weird though that a lot of the negative reviews suggest one specific competitor. I would hate to think that some reviews are not genuine. These sites are designed to help buyers. Like I say, I couldn’t complain at all.

The company took 2 weeks to tell me they have a delay with delivery. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

It’s clear catwalk are taking money for items they do not have in stock. This amounts to deception in my book and I can’t fathom how they’re operating at all.
I cancelled an order after not receiving any tracking or update after a week. Going overseas and needed my items. Was told my refund would take five days. I used PayPal fortunately. Use Oz Hair and Beauty. This business is deceptive.
Shipping and Handling takes way too log
Unfortunately,, the delivery times are insane. 6 business days later and still no update on when my goods would be getting sent out. The one saving grace for Catwalk was that when I asked them to cancel my order due to the delays, they did it, no questions asked.

I've asked for a refund no reply.
I've called and they tell you they can't help you if you order online they'll only deal with you via email.
I would never order from catwalk again.

cancelled an order just two hours after placing it because the products sold together wouldn’t work without the other items in that product range. I felt this was an honest mistake. When I called to cancel, the person I spoke to said it should be fine since it was within two hours. However, when I called back, I was told I would lose 10% of the order value, even though I intended to purchase the additional products from them. The product pages didn’t make it clear that the items couldn’t be used together—it was made to appear as if they could. I found the handling of this situation rude and disappointing.

Service was absolutely appalling received. No email confirmation could not log into my account. Could not get through to talk to anybody even though they said you needed to phone them. If you wanted to cancel or change your order they may be cheaper but it’s definitely not worth it.

This company had been nothing but terrible to deal with. I ordered my goods over a month ago. The good have still not been shipped and I’ve asked for a refund twice which still hasn’t occurred

Do your self a favour go straight to Oz hair and beauty don’t give this company your hard earned money. This company takes your money when they don’t have the stock to supply and then string you along for weeks with lies. Unless you are smart and pay with PayPal good luck with your refund based off other reviews. If you paid with PayPal submit a claim don’t waste your time with them promising to refund you. If you shop with catwalk you are not getting your products people they operate a bit like Temu 3 out of every 50 people get there orders.

My order never came, they kept saying it had been delayed in getting packed due to their "small team" then eventually (after several weeks) admitted they didn't have the products in stock. I then got a refund. Just a big waste of time.
