Caulaincourt

Great quality product, they went out of their way to accommodate.

Caulaincourt shoes and accessories I ordered online are of excellent construction and use quality materials. I rate the customer experience very high. They (Arthur) were very responsive to my many inquiries. Finally, turnaround time from ordering to delivery in California was quick (<1week). Looking forward to be a repeat customer.

Perfect and quick delivery.
Great quality product, nice and very comfortable.

Payment system was problematic when purchasing from the US. Communication for online orders was difficult and had to call the store.

I'm writing this review after buying my second pair from this exquisite maison. ##lenghty read##
Materials: leather quality is top notch! I've ordered a wholecut as my first pair. You can assume they only use the best portion of the hide for this shoe, but I was surprised with the leather quality and consistency with the second pair aswell, a full brouge oxford. Lining is full leather and heels are leather stacked: you're getting great value for what you pay for.
Construction: both my shoes are blake under channel, single soled slim and light on the foot. La Font, Caulaincourt founder, believes in using different construcions for different purposes. I wont be surprised in them excelling in goodyear or bolognese, for example. Stich density is really high.
Lasts: contemporary, snug yet comfortable and in a large number. You will surely find the right last for you!
Looks: patina a la carte in a wide range of colours makes these shoes stylish, giving the owner a chance to express themselves and dare a little bit.
Customer service: the website is user friendly and easy to use. Arthur is always willing to go that extra mile to make sure clients' needs are addressed and problems solved.

To sum it up, I'd recommend Caulaincourt to anybody willing to bring their shoe game to the next level without breaking the bank! Cheers from Italy

The rating went down since the last sending the pair of shoes received were not the ones for me but from somebody else. After sending back took another two weeks to receive my correct pair that was sent to another customer.

Considering the issues prevailing what with a Pandemic and Brexit , my order was received in remarkably quick time.

A long wait well worth it.The " Maison" did exceptionally waived the shipping fees.Happy with my capri loafer form the "beaux jours" collection.Kudos to the owner Mr Alexis Lafont.

Quality and Workman ship is good!
My shipment was missing the balm/polish ordered with it

Great shoes I bought the runner for me and my friend and I just love them

The customer service was excellent. Artur Porta DelSol answered all of my questions and handled a complication with my initial order with grace.

Excellent products, knowledgeable owner and great customer service. Highly recommended, especially the robust boots and patinated shoes.

This is my third order from Caulaincourt, and, once again, everything was perfect. Online ordering was simple, with an easy-to-use size guide, the order was promptly shipped, and it arrived in perfect condition. Their shoes are the best, and strangers compliment me on how good my shoes look! I can hardly wait to visit their shop in Paris later this year!
