Technical glitch so my payment never…

Technical glitch so my payment never went through. This has happened last couple of times trying to pay city fees through app. I end up having to go through gov UK to pay

app didn’t make it clear that you can only pay for a same day return!!

I paid for a return but I think I’ve paid for a same day return and I want the return a week later. It’s not clear on the app so now I have to pay again for the return trip - I will do this through the gov.uk site as you have let me down!

What a great app

What a great app. I've used it a few times now for airport stops and paying for tunnel charges, and it was effortless. No issues so I will continue to use this amazing app....

It was simple to use

It was simple to use. Took no time at all to renew. Although the app hasn't reset yet they advise it would take three days before it's shown on the app and gov website.

Link to new car offers doesn't work

I use this app to manage my leased vehicle. I am close to the end of my lease and Caura is sending me emails about new car offers. Trouble is, when I click on the link to see them it takes me to the Caura app with no sign of any offers.This issue was raised with Caura a month ago but I haven't heard from them since.

I received a PCN after paying the…

I received a PCN after paying the Blackwall tunnell charge. I spoke to TFL and they said they are not liable for third party companies making payment to them.
