Guys turned up and fitted with no fuss, had a little trouble with connection at 1st but soon got sorted with the help of Alex!

Great communication from start to finish with Alex. Offered advice on our slightly unusual installation.
Arrived when he said he would and the install was pretty painless and completed with great care and attention.
Slight issue with getting the charger up and running but a quick call and a few WhatsApp messages and all was sorted

The process was so easy and straightforward. Alex fully explained what I was to expect and when he turned up for the installation, there were no surprises. Everything was expeditiously and efficiently done.

Given the other positive reviews about these people, I did wonder if I had the correct company. But a little digging shows they are the same outfit, albeit their contact details are now wrong, the Nottingham location being an accommodation address for numerous companies - Alex Bentley has turned out to be a nightmare. Initially contact was good with him,(when he was looking for the business ) and an installation date was arranged. He turned up with two other people in an unmarked hatchback, tools loaded in the boot. It was clear they were in a rush and one of them told me they had another 5 jobs to do that day - the next in Coventry - some 60 miles away. Before I could stop him, Alex had drilled a large hole from the inside of our garage to the outside blowing the face of the external brick off. I told him I would make it good myself as due to his slapdash approach to the job I didn`t trust him to somehow repair it - (he wanted to stick the broken pieces of brick face back.) He promised to fit a power monitoring meter in our garage as a compensation - this has never materialised. He promised a Certificate of Electrical Compliance would be forwarded as soon as I paid the balance for the job. After numerous WhatsApp messages and phone calls - this was supplied 5 weeks after the installation. The charger is supposed to work on either grid power or direct from solar. This shows "fault" whenever it`s put into solar mode and doesn`t work. He refuses to return to rectify this fault. He is a rude, abrupt person and quotes his ADHD as the reason for what he calls his "direct speech". He came through the tradesman recommendation site - "Bark", and I`ve informed them of the poor service Alex Bentley has provided.

Thank you for providing this image. I have checked this over, but I cannot see that anything has been installed other than the main supply, earth and neutral. There should be a pair of wires installed by the installer going to the pain PCB of the charger. We would advise getting the installer back out to ensure that the twisted pair from the meter is installed in the charger.

Alex kept me informed about what and why he was doing throughout the installation process. He was obviously a highly experienced and knowledgeable technician.

Had 2 charges fitted and am happy with the work 2 top lads and was on had to talk me threw the app as i messed it up 101% recommend KRO

At first very pleasant guy and willing to chat,but was late for the installation,only left a leaflet in Chinese and was told to download the app which we did. Maybe our fault for filling the app in correctly but wouldn't work, phoned and messaged a number of time only to be told to" not keep stalking him"!! Eventually after 2weeks of this my son spoke to him and got it sorted. The other thing was the holder for the gun...never put one on the wall and said he'd send one in the post ..still waiting!
After service is terrible so make sure everything is done correctly before they leave!!
