I'm trying to notify you that my car…

I'm trying to notify you that my car has had a full service, and the stupid app will not allow me to do this. It only allows you to put in dates going forward.

Thanks for your feedback. The app allows you to input your service due date, so that you can get reminded when you need to book your service in. The app has your MOT history, but not service history at the moment.

Caura is a great app

Caura is a great app
very easy to use
Only issue is you can only pay for yesterday today and tomorrow
Would be great if one could pay for a whole week in the app

I had a dropped a relative off at LHR…

I had a dropped a relative off at LHR and wondered what the easiest way to pay the fee was. I found Caura and it was easy to download the Caura app. following this, the payment was smooth and the receipt arrived in my intray. I will be using Caura for any toll payments in the future.

car owner app that's useful and slick

An app around car ownership that's well thought out and useful! Bit shocked, as so many of them are crap.
Specifically made paying Dart and Congestion charges about 5 seconds long, but also keeps track of bunch of useful info.

Full service at Halfords

Due to the shortage of staff my car was not ready till 7.00 pm.
I was not given the Service Report which surprised me.
The garage worker was friendly

The payment was simple and straightforward as I have a registered payment method on the app.

The charges though were not transparent, I am only assuming there was a fee to pay with the card I used. ???

That very bad I been try my renew…

That very bad I been try my renew driving license put on app still won’t work for 8 months and tax are failed then my car now off road!!

Payment was easy but when you download the App you’re bombarded with all things relevant to running your car - tax, insurance etcetera!
