I m vipul hear as a application holder.
I am usually using this app for my personal airport drop off, airport parking and City charges to pay the London authority department.
today I visited Heathrow airport for a drop off, and I made a drop off charge twice by mistake.
then I messaged to CAURA AI agent (Bhav..) and inform all things.
while a minute I got satisfied answer.
for that quick reply and solving the problem thanks a lot to caura team .

Annoying that you keep getting alerts to fill in details, marked urgent! They are not urgent you just want to sell on my information for further marketing. That has nothing to do with paying for a parking fee which is also another con! £5 to pull up outside terminal 3 at Heathrow, why !!

Caura is an stress-free app that does everything. I adore it because it makes life so simple.

Tried to pay my Dartford Crossing using the Gov UK site whilst overseas but unable to access the website resulting in a PCN being issued. Fortunately discovered Caura and able to pay for the return crossing whilst still overseas.

I would have liked an email to confirm it was paid, similar to what you get from the dvla to confirm payment

3 times I've had emails claiming to offer me a great price on my car insurance renewal, 3 times I've clicked on the link and either got a low price but must fit a black box ( been driving over 30 plus years) or the quotes you see are higher than the email suggested. In times when we are all trying to save a few quid, these goons tempt you but don't deliver.

Just did my road tax was easy and simple

Once initially setting up with vehicle and payment details, selecting your required charge is effortless. Having reminders of renewal dates is a bonus. Would recommend Caura to everyone.
