Per la consegna di 2 copertoni più di una settimana...e ancora non sono arrivati.L'operatore che dovrebbe dare assistenza di una scortesia impressionante. Personalmente non acquisterò più da loro.

Placed an order on April 5th. Over 6 working days later, I still had not received any dispatch confirmation or tracking information, despite the website stating that orders are processed within one working day.

After chasing, I received a brief and unhelpful response in Italian, with no clear update on the status of my order. All subsequent follow-up emails were ignored.

Due to the lack of communication and failure to fulfil the order, I have had to initiate a chargeback.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this retailer.

Two issues that the company will not resolve from my order worth over €1,200.
1. My order confirmation confirms my order includes two black tyres but I received two coloured ones. They will not accept them back and state its my expense ro return them which is contrary to EU consumer law where the product description must be accurate. Im still trying to get this resolved.
2. Also, I only noticed this after I placed my order, more fool me. When I selected my country and language, there is a large promotion scrolling across saying free delivery on orders over €99. As part of the follow up on the wrong tyres in 1. above, I request that the 18.50 shipping charge would be returned only to be told there is another section on the website that details(EU) delivery charges. So two completely contradictatory and misleading pieces of information. One part says free and another part charges.
The experience of follow communication is the worst I've ever had. Very short emails in Italian, sometimes a mail with only a screen print of their website which contradicts another part of their website. Really poor experience. I often shop on well known German and Dutch websites whose service is generally excellent. This company is unprofessional and horrible to deal with. However, I will continue until I get satisfaction.

L' ordine è stato fatto 13 dicembre 2025 mi anno rimborsato a inizio gennaio 2026 l' articolo che ho comprato è andato perso e le persone con cui ho parlato sono molto scortesi, sinceramente devono semplicemente chiudere.

materiale spedito in ritardissimo rispetto a quanto millantato dal sito, al blocco del pagamento sono stato contattato con tono solerte sul perche' ho stornato il pagamento, non avendo poi rassicurazioni sulla consegna ho annullato l'ordine, peccato perche' i prezzi erano allettanti

Ottimi prezzi e velocità nello spedire

Spedizione lenta rispetto alle previsioni, di tre prodotti ordinati uno è stato sostituito con uno diverso, ed uno è arrivato senza l'imballaggio originale. Meglio rivolgersi ad altri negozi online.

Ho ricevuto un prodotto che si è rotto in garanzia ma questo venditore non collabora con la casa madre che ha già dato la sua disponibilità. rischio di stare lungo tempo senza la sella della mia bicicletta. assistenza post vendita decisamente negativa.
