I have asked on numerous occasions not to continue withi is policy it has still gone through

Very helpful, attentive and customer focused. Never felt rushed into making a decision and plenty of helpful information was provided which helped me to make an informed choice.

The agent I dealt with was excellent and knew his job well, presenting an excellent knowledge of the subject matter and products being discussed.

Would highly recommend, especially if you want absolute clarity, options, alternatives and detailed explanations on the life insurance policy that you are considering.

Kate Ashton is brilliant. She managed to get a good Income Protection cover for me. She is very friendly and professional in her approach. I felt very comfortable speaking to her. I would definitely recommend her and Cavendish online.

After getting told I cannot receie medically underwritten cover, I was worried that I'd have no cover at all.

My details were passed onto Cavendish and Nick contacted me to get the process started. He explained all the options very clearly and answered any questions I had. The contact throughout was brilliant and I ended up with the cover I wanted. Thanks for making the process significantly easier.

Your senior insurance specialist Danielle carefully researched and clearly explained the relevant coverage options. She showed great patience, during unavoidable delays in our life insurance decisions and during the lengthy medical interviews themselves. The end result was appropriate, affordable policies, efficiently implemented. I usually dread speaking with insurance providers, but Danielle was knowledgeable, reassuring and professional.

I was pleased with the insurance we bought unadvised but feel a little harassed pver the amount of personalised emails, phone calls and texts afterwards to try and convince me to buy more since and I'm fairly certain I would have deselected any marketing.

Cavendish assisted me with a complex process of obtaining level term insurance, medical checks and writing to plan into trust. Dan King Smith was very helpful and always propmpt when replying to my questions. I would recomend

I experienced absolutely excellent service from Joe Brassington my Advisor when obtaining life insurance through Cavendish Online. Despite me having a number of different health conditions, he was very patient and professional in taking all the necessary details. I was very happy with the cost of the cover they arranged on my behalf. My wife recently also took out life insurance, using a different well known Broker (whom will remain nameless), and she had an absolutely terrible experience with awful customer service. Cavendish Online were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, keeping me updated, calling when they said they would, and chasing up the insurers on my behalf to get me the cover I required. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thanks so much for all your help Joe!
