Excellent service from start to finish

I arranged my life insurance and critical illness policies through Cavendish Online and have been extremely pleased with the experience.

Every member of the team I dealt with was polite, professional and helpful. They always called back when promised and kept me informed throughout the process, which made a real difference.

A special mention to Joshua and Jake C, who made the experience particularly positive. Some aspects of my medical history required further investigation, which unfortunately caused delays. However, they went the extra mile throughout, staying in touch, chasing the insurance providers on my behalf and being on hand whenever I needed support.

Their communication, persistence and customer service were excellent, and I really appreciated the reassurance they provided during what could otherwise have been a stressful process.

I am delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Cavendish Online to anyone looking for life insurance or critical illness cover. Thank you to the whole team, and especially Joshua and Jake, for making the process such a positive experience!

Very poor service been trying to ring for several days on phone trying to get through for over 30 minutes sometimes an hour and customer service don’t pick up sent an email no reply will be ringing omsbudsman

I found Harvey Stapleton to be easy to talk to and a very calming influence. When I wasn’t sure of something he explained what was required.

Easy to use. It was a great experience using it.

Jake was amazing explain everything clearly, and made it much more easier for me.

Sam was really helpful. He explained everything thoroughly. I wasn't ready to take out the new insurance, but he remained patient and flexible to ensure I was given the correct product.
