Great experience, have my flat with them for 4 years now

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Cavendish Rowe. Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, I can confidently say that Cavendish Rowe stands out as the best.

Recently, I had the pleasure of both purchasing a house and renting out a property through your agency. The process for both was seamless, and I am highly impressed with the professionalism and care demonstrated throughout.

The rented property has been managed exceptionally well. Not only is the house being taken care of properly, but the tenant is also extremely satisfied with the service provided by your team.

Based on my experience, I would rate Cavendish Rowe a solid 10 out of 10.

1 star is definitely too much for the worst agency I've ever dealt with. 8 month of tenancy with them, not a single problem, nor a single damage to the flat and yet the most unprofessional unreasonable disrespectful agency ever. They will ignore if you have problem in the flat regardless of the problem, like an uncertified gas system in the flat. They will steal money from you for whatever reason, like almost 300f for the cleanings of a 48 square meters flat made by a young lady for less than 60 minutes to mention one. Coming to the deposit, they will tell you they need more time then expected to give it back to you. Still waiting. Lastly, a special mention goes to Alan to prove that if he got a job, anyone can hope for one.
Hopefully I'll never see and deal with you again.

David and the team at Cavendish Rowe are amazing, helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty to help smooth the process of property rental, tenancy management and issue resolution. Cant recommend them enough as a small lcoal business and they are the ONLY agent I will use for years to come.
