Ihave have been taking Cbd blue


I have have been taking Cbd blue capsules for over 7 years now for crohns desease , my condition has never been better, all hospital tests, cameras and samples all all within the excepted range of a person that doesn’t have the disease. My gastroenterologist says keep doing what you’re doing as you are so well. CBD brothers have never let me down with the product or with delivery of it , excellent. I genuinely have never been so well , plus I have not been any where near an operating theatre for over 8 years .

CBD brothers basically have saved my


CBD brothers basically have saved my daughters life.
She suffers grand mal seizures.
Their products bring her out of one in 20 seconds. Much faster than mainstream meds.
They have also reduced the occurrence.

CBDBrothers are the best in the UK.

I love the products.

I love the products and I love the service. I have chronic pain and since using the products I have been able to reduce my pain medication. It's great not to feel drowsy and out of it. I am thinking more clearly and able to concentrate better.
The service is great, products arrive promptly.

Fantastic Oils Fantastic Customer Services

I’m genuinely not exaggerating when I say my faith in humanity was restored by Emma today. This company is clearly not money‑driven — they genuinely care about their customers.

Instead of sending a standard message about my delayed oil (the first significant delay I’ve ever had, and not their fault, as they always ship almost immediately), Emma personally called me. She explained how CBD works, pointed me toward resources to check for medication interactions so I could stay safe, and was completely transparent about the Royal Mail process. The main reason she called, though, was because she was worried I might have run out. That level of care is rare.

I’ve tried a few oils, and this company is by far my favourite — especially after today. The Purple Oil is fantastic, and I’ve realised I prefer the Indica strain, which is great news since CBD Brothers are the only company in the UK that offer it. The quality is consistently excellent.

Thank you so much, Emma. You certainly put a spring in my step today ❀

Very good quality CBD oil

I have been using CBD oil from this company for over 5 years. It is consistently good quality and the service is exceptionally good. I find it relieves symptoms of menopause very successfully. I use white edition CBD oil.

Quality product and service from a trusted supplier.

Popped into their shop in Bury St Edmunds initially and spoke with a guy who was really helpful, purchased the Purple Oil which I have to say is amazing stuff! I’ve now ordered more online and the ordering process was a breeze & the item came promptly. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great to help with osteoarthritis pain

I've been using their CBD capsules every day for a couple of years now and they're helping so much reducing pain from the osteoarthritis in my hips - better than prescription painkillers - but no side effects 👌💜

I’ve been a customer for a very long


I’ve been a customer for a very long time but the last order I received my oil in a bottle that didmt seal correctly.
When I pointed it out it was treated as “dismissed” and told to “keep it upright”!
Honestly I was annoyed that because they’d brought a container that didnt work they put the responsibility on the consumer.
How can they be so obtuse when dealing with their customers.
I switched to CBD supreme and have had no issues and a lot cheaper.
I’ll never go back, and I was buying from them before the “internal” issues years ago.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the frustration caused by the bottle not sealing properly.

We also want to apologise if our original explanation came across as dismissive. Our intention was to explain why oil can sometimes loosen a lid when it reaches the thread of the bottle, not to place the responsibility on you. In hindsight, we should have communicated this with more care and clarity, and we’re sorry that we fell short.

We did send an additional 5ml of oil to replace what had leaked, but we understand that the experience still fell short of what you should expect from us. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can continue improving both our packaging and our customer care.

CBD, is not a one‑size‑fits‑all product and due to the different extracts we use to make our products you have to ensure you purchase the correct product to help you. Also we advise to start with a low dose and slowly increase overtime so you don't flood your endocannabinoid system that processes the CBD.

Good service as always I ordered red


Good service as always I ordered red oil and hasn't been as effective for me as it has in the past, So think I may have built up a bit of a tolerance and need to increase the dose , However this will probably make it too expensive for me to continue using I really miss the old higher volume bottles,the tiny ones make it difficult to get the last few drops out

Hello Jane,

Thank you for your review. Very sorry due to the change in the legal amount of THC allowed in each sealed CBD product we can no longer sell the Indica oils in bottles larger than 1ml.

To help with using up the last of the oil in the bottom of the bottle, this can be done by gently heating the oil so it becomes a thinner consistency and easier to draw into the pipette. Just make sure you do it safely so you don’t damage the cannabinoids.

Safest way to do this is:
• Fill a mug or bowl with warm water (hand-hot, not boiling).
• Stand the CBD oil bottle upright in it for 2–3 minutes.
• This softens and loosens the oil so it runs freely and you can get every last drop.

I’ve been a customer at CBD Brothers


I’ve been a customer at CBD Brothers for many years now,I have tried a couple of other companies in the past when money’s been tight but nothing compares to CBD Brothers at all,I’d rather pay that bit extra knowing I was getting the best quality product.
They often have deals on so when there’s a deal on what I use I stock up on it now so I don’t ever run out .
CBD oil isn’t a miracle cure like some other companies claim it to be,but what I’ve found is the CBD Brothers oil helps me enormously especially with my anxiety and menopause symptoms .
CBD Brothers is a fantastic company that sells good quality products and I will always buy from them .
