Item arrived squashed with oil leaking. Tried to contact them multiple times with no reply, contacted there sister company gosmokefree, nothing either.

Will be doing a chargeback.

Ordered item on 2 January.
Received email from DPD on 5th to advise that they had received the parcel for delivery.
Item still not received by 12th so messaged both DPD and yourselves asking when I should expect to receive item.
Still no reply from either company and no item received.
Very unhappy. Can't seem to get any response from company and now out out of pocket.

Really helped with my sleeping pattern. Shall be ordering some more.

2nd time of ordering and this time had the product with in a few days 👍
No leaking this time as the other one I had no longer works 😭😭
I will order another though 🤞it'll be fine otherwise I won't order again

Definitely not the correct strength and has no resemblance to Northern Lights whatsoever. Bland, normal, weak CBD.

The CalyFX is standard. Decent enough and helps you to nod off. Much stronger than the Northern Lights.

Product came, liquid had leaked everywhere so the ecig was broke.

Order arrived damaged no reply from seller and therefore reported them to credit card company.

I feel the oil has definitely helped me sleep a bit better,I’ve had insomnia for over 30 years,I feel it’s helping me sleep better and a bit longer.

The two vapes I ordered did not work I did contact customer services with no response

Sent me a vape that leaked and did not work. Messaged them twice about this and had no response. No phone no. To call them. Sent item back using address on website and it came back to me as the address is unknown. Lots of better and legit companies out there selling cbd products

Stay away really poor customer service paid £50 for a vape that didn’t work and no response from the company to renew or refund. Terrible experience
