I would not use anyone else

This was my third order from cbdoil.co.uk and every time has been a good experience, the products are very good the delivery company they use is top notch with fantastic communications on the delivery time frame and very quick, overall a fantastic service.

Rechargeable vape pen with no cable and non standard size

I bought 2 Calyfx rechargeable disposable CBD vape pens. They arrived with no charging cable and the usb in the vape is totally non standard. It is between mini and large, so none of my charging cables will fit. I now have two very expensive vape pens that I can’t use. I have messaged the company to ask if they sell the charging cables or can inform me of which cable to buy and from where. I have had no reply to my query. Will not be using this company again.

Items didn’t arrive, I have emailed their customer services a number of times for assistance as the signature on delivery wasn’t mine and I no information on where this was delivered to, however no one has responded to me.
