If you're serious about building a call centre, look no further than CCM

I joined CCM with the last pounds in my bank account and have since 4x'd my business. I'd known about Arin & CCM for some time, and had spoken with him once before so I knew he and his team were the real deal. At the time I had a very basic set up to chase leads with a system that just about got the job done, with a lot of added stress.

As soon as I joined, my appointment setting system it's self improved exponentially and our clients results went up straight away too. Not only that but the amount of stress and uncertainty that was alleviated by having a streamlined and scaleable process in place absolutely changed the game for my productivity & ability to have more mental space for better decision making.

The course and content is great, but the community is one of the best I've ever been in, if not the best. When ever I have a niche problem, I post it in the group and there are multiple responses from people who have walked the path and have the experience to give you advice (and no one gate keeps their solutions!).

Would 100% recommend if you're serious about scaling an appointment setting offer.

Account Management got easier!

Call Center Mastery has changed my agency! Now when I hop on an account management call, my clients are happy and stoked to work with us! The main improvement I've had is that we're getting accurate data, and I know what is going on and what my team is doing!

Set up a call with your card in hand

I signed up to Arin's community 7 months ago.

I already had a robust call center at the time and I have a hard rule of not taking advice from inexperienced people.

I was targeted by one of Arin's ads. While skeptical (a lot of posers online), I checked his instagram and saw that he would talk about very niche problems that only someone with true experience would know about.

And would share lessons that he's learned that I've had to learn the hard way.

So I knew right away that he was who he said he was and knew I needed access to his community and course, no matter the price.

Even though I didn't think it would be for me, since at the time I wasn't his target demo, after 6 months I still pay to have access to the group.

4 months after joining the group, I was able to hit $97k in revenue from just 4 clients. Partially because we were able to increase our set rate by 25%. This increase was directly correlated to the information that I was privy to in the group.

Recently, after scaling my team by over 2x within a 3 week window, our systems collapsed in a way that never happened before.

My developers and I couldn't figure out what the issue was, but we were now losing 33% of our top line revenue due to inefficiency.

After 2 weeks of unsuccessfully diagnosing the issue, I leaned on Arin's community for insight and was able to completely resolve our issue within 48 hours.

The amount of money we were able to recover in potential lost revenue would pay for this course for 5 years.

So if you're just getting started in the leadgen/appt setting space, Arin will save you the hardest 8 months of my life.

If you already have a call center set up. Arin's course will allow you to unlock so much value from your current set up, you'd get a return on your investment before the end of the week.

Not only that, but Arin's stuff is so easy to digest and so well documented, that I was able to assign one of my managers to go through it and set everything up. Without me having to worry about a thing.

Building the system from scratch with zero guidance (hiring setters at scale from A-Z), ie. reinventing the wheel, would've taken me AT LEAST 6 weeks.

With Arin's course, I spent exactly 0 hours on it. This alone saved me over $50k.

So if you're considering working with Arin, I don't really know what you're still doing here reading this review.

A pretty great experience overall! You can tell Arin really cares about serving everyone he's working with and providing a lot of value. It will take a lot of work and there may be a few issues along the way, but if you put the time in you will get a lot of value out of his systems, tracking, and advice!

We've had a good experience working


We've had a good experience working with CCM. The program got us up and running with a functioning call center. Arin is a wizard inside the systems and automations. He and his team are able to trouble shoot and help out on the coaching calls if you get stuck.

Never seen a Course updated as often!

Only been in the group for a month but it has been a fantastic addition to the business!

I am absolutely shocked how often the course material is updated. Truly like no other. Really allows you to stay relevant in the market and at the fore front of what’s working.

Constant improvement

Arin has made an incredible program here. If you don't have a call center this is everything you need in order to get it setup and performing.

I had an existing call center and I was able to integrate CCM's systems within mine very well. The best part of CCM is the constant innovation and improvement from Arin and the team. Their custom software and Make.com app has been a game changer for everything reporting for the calling side of things. I am not aware of anything else on the market that is able to get the data out of GHL like their custom solutions can. Very impressive stuff.

If you are looking to add more value to your services for your clients, adding a call center is a proven way to do so. Arin and CCM are a proven way to add a call center to your agency.

The Greatest Fulfillment Course

Call Center Mastery saved my agency (Seriously).
Before utilizing Arins course my agency was rough, to say the least... We closed tons of clients and churned them not to mention we burned them I was stressed constantly (Not the good kind) I actually could not sleep because I was stressed about client results. Look no further, BEST Call Center system ever

For any business, sales is the lifeblood and in lead generation this is the first step of the customer sales journey. Unfortunately, many businesses waste ad spend or organic/referral leads not ready to buy today simply because they don't properly follow-up. This is why a call center and CCM are essential.
I had built a product and a call center to ~80% of the way there on my own and through 1:1 coaching, but when Arin introduced me to his CCM, my product FINALLY worked getting $136K and 7.8X ROI in 30 days for a client and retention that couldn't have been possible without this master program.

The only investment I'm actually proud of making

Went through call center mastery after struggling with my call center for about a year. I was hesitant to join for 3-4 months before I joined. And in all honesty, I wish I joined earlier cause my problems would've been solved way sooner.

This guy built a really big call center and already went through the hard work, late nights, stressful times when it didn't work and he's cutting out all of that BS just with this program.

If you have a call center, and you know you need a actual process then you're stupid to not start. This was probably the only investment I made that I was genuinely proud of making.

Best thing I've done for my agency

This program is hands down the best thing I've done for my agency. Arin knows his stuff and I truly think that this program has so much knowledge and value packed into it that he should be charing 2-3x what he is currently.

I joined a little over 3 months ago and have been able to double my agency in that timeframe. Having confidence in my call center on the backend has given me way more conviction in my sales calls and helped me deliver some killer results.

People who don't buy this are going to be left behind in the agency space.
