Became a full time call center thanks to CCM

If you are serious into scaling your agency or providing setting services for your clients this is a must have. With CCM you take a shortcut to building a fully functional call center into your agency and by extension : retaining your customers, delivering more results and just get ahead of the competition in the agency space. For us we have now shifted to a full time call center because the service is so valuable for compagnies that are not that good with nurturing their leads

Game changing for agencies

If you have a call center, or simply want to build the best product in your market you are stupid if you do not buy this program. The way I see it is you either pay with time or you pay for somebody else who put in the time to cut the curve and learn from their mistakes. this is the best way to do exactly that and be around a network of agency owners also building the best product in their market.

Good value and good experience

CCM saved my call center

Arin and the CCM program is absolutely awesome. One of the best investments I’ve made in my life.

Saved my call center from complete destruction. I had no tracking systems at all and our call center was not performing well.

Arin helped me implement the systems step by step on his coaching calls and he even reached out to see if I needed help during setup.

Once we implement the systems, our call center booking rate tripled and we now have full tracking systems for all necessary stats that we need.

CCM is a 10/10 program and 1000% worth the investment. Arin is a great guy and he clearly cares about the people who buy the course. Modules are getting updated constantly and their is no fluff in the course. Arin is the call center goat.

CCM is a requisite for call centre success

CCM was one of the top investments that moved the needle forward for my agency.

Before working with Arin and his team we didn’t have accurate data or systems in place for our call centre which led to us having high client and employee churn.

Having worked with Arin and implemented all of the systems in place, our results improved drastically, clients and team are happier and our churn reduced to less than 10%.

If anyone is considering working with Arin and his team, I would highly recommend it!

I just want to start off with a massive thank you to the man behind the masterpiece, Arin! This program is hands down the best in the space right now. No joke, this will tenfold your performance for clients and take your agency to the next level! I was a big skeptic at first, but as time went on, I was shocked by how much value was provided and how intricate everything is, thanks to Arin thinking about every scenario possible. Insane

I can fill this page with all the reasons why this program has changed my business. But I'll sum it up to three key points.

1. Client Results: Within first week of launch. Everything has changed. Show rates more than doubled. And my clients were so much happier with the results

2. My sales blew up: I've been a month in, and I already have doubled my sales. You become much more confident in your product, and have better social proof.

3. Support: The support in this group is unreal... Never seen anything like it in any other community. There's designated team members there to answer your questions at all times. Arin is on top of everything at all times and is on live calls... every. single. day

Amazing service, highly recommend!

Arin & Call Centre Mastery as a whole is top stuff! If you are thinking of setting up a call centre service for your marketing agency or already have one then I 100% recommend joining. For me I already had a call centre so the Mastery really helped be get my house in order, which has enabled my lead callers to be more efficient, get through more leads and ultimately make more bookings which ofcourse has ultimately helped me to make more money for my business.

CCM is hands down the best thing you can do for your agency.

If you are relying on your clients to follow up with leads then your agency is soon to come crashing down. This was the case for us. We were churning and burning clients and struggling to even keep them on for the contractual agreed timeframe of 3 months. Since implementing all the strategies taught in CCM our agency results have sky rocketed. allowing us to retain clients for longer and overall deliver a much better experience to the people that have trusted us in helping them grow their business.

CCM not only teaches you how to set everything up but the support they give is top notch. They always help you in solving problems that pop up when running a business and aswell as that just being in a community with a bunch of like minded individuals trying to take their agency to new heights is next level.

Arin not only helps you build an absolute goliath of a product but his knowledge in the industry is also a thing to take note of. Arin goes above and beyond to mentor all his clients in making sure they make the right decisions with their agency.
