Nobody wants to be in debt, but I found dealing with CCICM a positive experience. My negotiator, Mr Ceiron Jones, handled the matter in a courteous and professional manner. All emails were clear and concise. He never pressured me; I was willing to pay and negotiate, and together we reached a mutually beneficial solution. Debt made me very anxious in the past, but I had a very positive experience. Thank you for doing an outstanding job, Mr Ceiron Jones!

The CCICM website was clear and easy to use too.

I wouldn't say dealing with any debt collection agency is excellent, it's something I'm sure all of us would avoid at all costs (no pun intended)
My rather traumatic experience started in November 2025. We were holidaying in Spain, the reason for sharing this will become clear.My wife received a text message from CCICM a company we have never heard of.
They were asking us to get in touch over an unpaid hospital bill from 2 years previously.
I had indeed had surgery in Spain in December 2023, we initially thought it was a scam as our travel insurance had taken care of the hospital bill as they had also repatriated us.
When we returned home we found a final demand letter from CCICM waiting for us.
I immediately contacted them to discuss the issue as well as speaking to my travel insurance handling company. The handling company Mayday Assistance said they would get their accounts department to deal with it.
I advised CCICM of that conversation and they asked me to keep them updated.
I heard nothing back from Mayday so I tried phoning them again to get a dead line. I Googled the company to find they had gone into administration. So they had on my first call just fobbed me off.
I recontacted CCICM to update them of this and to give them details of the new handling company who were now taking over the claim and my complaint over the non payment of the hospital bill.
The staff at CCICM were understanding of my situation. A few days later I received a Final demand letter from CCICM, I recontacted them and they advised me to ignore that letter, it was an automated system but since I had contacted them it would not be actioned. I did advise CCICM that they should perhaps review their systems because of the undue anxiety that caused me. They apologised and assured me they would review their systems.
The new insurance handling company were not the quickest in resolving the claim & complaint and I constantly had to chase them. Each time I did this I updated Llinos Roberts (case worker) and account at CCICM.
They were very understanding and continued to update their file with my updates which afforded me more time to get a resolution from my insurance handling company.
The weeks turned into weeks awaiting for an update from the handling company, so much so my case worker at CCICM changed to Kyra Simmons. I continually updated her and accounts with each follow up email I sent and each time Kyra applied no time constraints, she thanked me for my regular updates.
I never did receive any more letters from CCICM asking for the account to be settled, we communicated through emails.
Recently I received an email from Kyra to advise me that the hospital bill had finally been paid and their case was now closed.
I asked for confirmation which Kyra sent me, I received this from her before I had heard anything from the insurance handling company, who I had to chase again, for them to provide me with their confirmation.
I'm not sure how long it would have been before they would have got in touch, terrible service from them. A hospital bill from 1st December 2023 finally paid July 2026 - shocking.
However better communication, service, empathy and understanding from Kyra Simmons and the team at CCICM.
Like I said at the start of this, no one wants to deal with a debt recovery company.
However as in everything communication is the key, DON'T IGNORE IT!
It won't go away, it will only get worse in stress, anxiety and financially.
As I have said the way the team at CCICM dealt with me was excellent. They did not judge me, they were helpful with advice and although this experience was unwanted, which caused me undue anxiety, some sleepless nights and stress, the staff at CCICM were always understanding and tried to alleviate my worries.

Although your company was collecting a debt from me, I was treated with respect and professionalism throughout. Communication was clear, the staff were helpful and understanding, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the fair, courteous, and respectful way my case was managed. Every time I've contacted the company, I've dealt with highly professional, friendly, and understanding employees who genuinely listen. Every conversation I've had has been seamless, thanks to their easygoing, respectful, and efficient approach to problem-solving. They always seem to be on top of everything, and they consistently follow up and call back when they say they will.

Hi. It was excellent. Ceiron Jones (My Case Coordinator) was excellent. Was clear, and appreciative of all the information I gave, and where possible, he helped guide me though rough patches of information I did or didn't have to fill in the gaps. He was very sensitive of my circumstances and very understanding, and we made the payment very well. He gave me options and helped un jumble any information I was overwhelmed by.

CCI are always very helpful and prompt with their replies. They regularly share updated information regarding the cases they work on and are particularly good at collecting funds on behalf of deceased patients, liaising with the Executors directly.

Very pleased with the first class service we received from CCICM

After a couple of conversations with Ceiron Jones he handled my concerns very professionally and explained the process leaving me feeling at ease after a long ongoing case

Henry at CCICM was extremely helpful at sorting out our problem.
He was patient, understanding and considerate about the factors that had led to us having issues, he explained the processes involved in sorting things out and I felt that he was genuinely wanting to help (which he did). Very grateful for him making a difficult situation much easier than it could have been.
