I have been working with CCI for over 15 years. They are true professionals.
I've been working closely with Mandy and Zoe Hood, who are so helpful and always ready to assist.
I have worked with other Debt Collection Agencies over the years, but I do consider CCI the best.

Kyra Simmons at CCI Credit Management Ltd was genuinely excellent throughout a difficult situation.

When you’re on the receiving end of a debt collection process, you often expect the approach to be purely one-sided. What stood out here was that Kyra actually listened and took the time to understand the wider situation rather than simply applying pressure for the sake of it.

I felt she recognised that we were making every effort to deal with matters properly, despite some frustrations and difficulties with the way the situation was being handled elsewhere. She remained professional, balanced, approachable, and fair throughout, while still representing her client correctly.

That level of communication and understanding makes a big difference in difficult commercial situations, and it’s the reason I wanted to take the time to leave this review.

I have worked closely with CCI for a number of years now, I have always found them to be highly professional, reliable and committed to high levels of service. I have worked closely with Mandy Hindle and we have built an excellent professional relationship, this has proven beneficial as Mandy is very reactive to any issues or requirements I may have. I have found the service extremely user friendly and am able to view status of case in real time via the very efficient Portal.

Calm and helpful interaction with litigation assistant Leah, who despite my irritation with the claimant in question was helpful throughout, and also followed up appropriately too.
