Great treatment and already feel an improvement, with shoulder and neck issues I have had on and off for years!

Have visited Cotswold Chiropractic only once, but so far so good. It was easy to make a new patient appointment for a neck/head issue I’ve been having, and the treatment I received from Lucy already feels as if things have improved. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, and Lucy took the time to ask me lots of questions about my health and previous treatments with other chiropractors. I’ll be returning soon for an ongoing back issue and feel confident I’ll be in good hands. Added bonus - it’s next to a lovely cafe.

This was my first visit to a Chiropractor and Cotswold Chiropractic and Massage Clinic had been recommended to me by friends. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, they made me feel at ease on the telephone and when I attended for my appointment. Caroline was very attentive and thorough in diagnosing my issue, and very knowledgeable of the human body to know what I needed. She sorted out a few issues that helped me move normally again, using very gentle techniques. I would be in no doubt to recommend them to anyone.

Debs was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why, the whole experience was of a very high standard from booking my appointment to having treatment today. Debs was thorough, kind, empathetic and professional. She oozes knowledge and experience, I feel like a different person already. I think there is a chance I may become a ‘regular’.

From the moment I booked my appointment, the clinic were fantastic. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and, during my appointment, Lucy was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She really helped to put my mind at ease when giving me my first experience of acupuncture. She also gave me very clear instructions, good advice, and arranged a prompt second appointment for me. I came away feeling that I was in good hands and hopeful that my injury will improve as our sessions go on. Thank you so much to all at CC&MC.

I went to see Claire last week and my leg has felt so much better.

Parking was Ok. The workspace is up steps so worth letting us know that but Ok for me on this occasion.
The receptionist was friendly and the service excellent. the practitioner explained what was happening to me well and after a thorough history. The treatment was very good. It would have been helpful to have a grab rail to get off the couch as my sciatica was bad and manoeuvring difficult.

Now had my second visit and I think I may have found my magic person in Caroline - she's got me back on my feet and pain free after over a month of unhappiness and painkillers. Thank you

The lovliest welcome with the receptionist put me immediately at ease.
Caroline the chiropractor was really friendly, sympathetic and knowledgeable. She took her time, and looked at my issue holistically. She educated me about my body, how it works and we have a plan moving forward to get me running again pain free.

I had a deep tissue massage with some cranial work. I have NEVER felt this good after a massage

I left feeling relaxed yet revitalised. Like my body had been realigned and a couple of inches taller

I walked in, in pain and very stiff, and walked out with very little pain & stiffness.

The admin was easy and the treatment was outstanding having fallen some months previously I had been suffering pain in my back. After an examination and discussion to start, and after the first treatment it felt better, now after three its amazing

I received a gift of a sports massage and my experience was first rate. The facility is professionally run. The chiro took me through an initial consultation and then we agreed how the massage would proceed.
Being asked to remove clothing can be awkward but both dressing and undressing were handled correctly, i.e. I was left alone to get myself ready.
I received advice and recommended exercise to improve some of my underlying issues.
There was a recommendation to re-book a future appointment but there was no pressure to do so.

Really impressed with this clinic. Comprehensive assessment at my first appointment and initial treatment very effective. I am booked in for 3 more sessions and then we will reassess. Great communication from Claire (chiro) and reception staff. Facilities great with warmed up gowns to change into if that is required! Highly recommend.
