Was scammed basically

Bought 2 items shipping was free and same day shipping if ordered before 1pm apparently so anyways yous then contacted me by phone to tell me I need pay for shipping so then an email was send for the payment I made the payment just cause I felt I had to but stated to yous in email that the website said free shipping and next day shipping yous emailed me back saying you was sending in the post free of charge and I after paying for delivery cause yous told me I had to when website said shipping free I feel robbed to be honest and wouldnt like it done to anyone else i was expecting delivery days before it arrived from the post man reason why I am typing this is cause yous had the neck to not contact me back after payment was made then ask would I give you 5 stars after get my package wouldn't answer the phone yesterday think my number blocked
