Firstly, the coffee tastes great! It's always freshly roasted (so make sure you order in advance) and despatched very quickly.

But there's always a nervousness when ordering online about what will happen if things don't go to plan. I had one order that was flagged by Royal Mail as delivered but I didn't seem to have it. At 10pm one evening I emailed Wogan Coffee and I had a reply back by half 9 the next morning! They had already investigated with the courier and assured that they could send a replacement if it was not delivered that very day.

So now I'm buying with confidence, knowing this company won't leave me in the lurch when things don't go to plan.

I came across Wogan Coffee through a random Reddit post as I was searching for coffee blends that would go well in latte form as I was fed up with my usual dark roasts - too strong for my evolving tastes. It turns out these lot are absolutely brilliant. Their pricing is really competitive and they delivered coffee that was freshly roasted, I mean fresh as in same day roast and dispatch. It doesn't get fresher than that. I've not even drank more than 4 drinks yet and I am really happy that I've found a new supplier for my coffee.

Fantastic value and fantastic taste! Far better than the trendy brands you see on social media. Very delicately roasted and some really good flavour profiles.

I've been getting my coffee from Wogan Coffee for years now on subscription and every time I open the package I smile. Great coffee and a brilliant service.

RoyalMail managed to lose my coffee (for a few days) and Wogan dispatched a replacement batch without quibble. The original lost coffee arrived and I told Wogan and they were fine about it - which is what's compelled me to write a review, because why would you normally bother to review a company?!

I feel this extraordinary service warrants recognition - great coffee and great people!

Great range of freshly roasted coffee beans on their website. On my third batch and loving the variety. Great that it’s a local Bristol company as well.
