Bought a QB License Works fine, I will Keep you updated.

Scam company. Bought a lifetime key and it started working. They ignored my emails after I called them out on it. Do not purchase from this company.

So Far so Good, I bought a Microsoft 365 license 1 Year This week, I did redeem it on the same day everything works fine, The price was good and affordable.

I purchased a lifetime license for Microsoft Office 365 Pro Plus from CDKeys.io in June 2023, which was supposed to be "For 5 Devices, Lifetime PC / MAC". I installed it on one Windows PC. About a month ago, out of the blue, I received notification from Microsoft stating that my Microsoft account (an Email address and password provided by CDKeys.io to sign into Microsoft) was inactivated, and that I needed to contact the vendor to renew the license.
Since then, I have made attempts to reach CDKeys.io through Live chat support and Email correspondence. I received some responses initially from their customer service via Email:
- they tried to convince me that Office 365 was different from Microsoft Office 365;
- they told me that my license was not a lifetime license (in which case they used false marketing to sell license keys!);
- they would "upgrade" me to Office 2021.

When I refuted their first two claims with facts and told them Office 2021 was not an upgrade to Office 365, they have not responded to my requests for a resolution, i.e., a full refund OR an active Microsoft account info that can be used to activate Office again OR at least an Office Pro 2024 license key. I am still hoping to hear from CDKeys.io with a satisfactory resolution.

PS: I noticed that another customer submitted a similar Trustpilot review a few days ago for their purchase made in 2024, meaning I am not the only one impacted by this issue. So be aware of what you are potentially buying from this vendor/website!!

Update after reading Cdkeys.io reply:
1) The Cdkeys.io reply doesn't include a way to contact their customer service ("Please contact our customer support team at , and they will assist you as soon as possible.") I have been trying to get a resolution via Email and Chat, in any case.
2) Cdkeys.io reply states there is some misunderstanding about what I purchased. There isn't. A simple Google search will show that Office 365 was always a subscription-based service that started in 2011, later rebranded as Microsoft 365 in 2020. How they chose to and could sell it as a "lifetime license" for $16, I don't know. But they marketed it (falsely, it would seem now) as "Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus For 5 Devices, Lifetime PC / MAC" (copied straight from Cdkeys.io Order acknowledgment Email). I didn't expect any Microsoft 365 Family personal subscription services, rather just for Office 365 apps to remain active under the Microsoft account information provided by Cdkeys.io and updated as and when Office 365 product updates were available. If not, I could have already purchased the standalone Office Pro 2021 that was available in 2023 when I purchased this product.
3) Cdkeys.io reply states that the license is still active. I don't know their basis for such a claim. I have already sent screenshots from my Office apps that show it has been deactivated. Attempt to reactivate the license using the license/Email account info provided in 2023 by Cdkeys.io on Microsoft's website gives me an error stating no account can be found with that Email address. If the Office 365 license is still active, I'd like Cdkeys.io to provide this license/account information to me by Email when I get in touch with them again.

Currenty, I have enjoyed three purchases from you. The last product was the same office 2019. I bought this for my Samsung Ultra newest tablet. It was a little disappointing that I found out I couldn't install that on my tablet. but the support send me the full refund.

My experience is great so far, I purchase a license for a really good price 84 USD for 1 year, I did receive the email instantly with the license key and full instruction and video guide as well, everything was detaied and clear, I will keep you updated.

Recently, I received a notification from Microsoft stating that my account will expire in ten days and that I need to contact the vendor to renew the license.
Attempts to Resolve
I have made multiple good-faith attempts to reach CDKeys.io through all available channels:
Website contact form
Live chat support
Email correspondence
Phone calls to listed numbers
Unfortunately, I have not received any response through any of these channels.
Request for Resolution
I am reaching out in hopes of resolving this matter professionally and promptly. As a customer who purchased a lifetime license in good faith, I respectfully request one of the following:
Honor the lifetime license agreement by providing the necessary renewal key or resolving the issue with Microsoft to restore my access
Provide a clear explanation if there have been changes to the service terms or business operations
Issue a refund if the company is unable to fulfill the lifetime license commitment
Path Forward
I believe CDKeys.io has built its reputation on customer service and honoring commitments. I am hopeful this matter can be resolved quickly and amicably. I remain open to communication and would appreciate a response within the next few business days so we can address this before my access expires.
If CDKeys.io is experiencing operational challenges, I would appreciate transparency about the situation so customers can make informed decisions.

Unfortunately I was sold Quickbooks for Mac with an invalid license number. According to Quick Books company when I called, they have discountinud this version and the program cannot be activated. Waiting to hear back as to whether my money will be refunded. If so, happy to rate this company again with a higher rating.

A bit confusing but now I undrerstand. Quick Books wants to sell you an online subscription which I do not need. I received a prompt call from this company and now everything is fine. Appreciate their attention to this

I bought Microsoft 365 license, everything works fine I did redeem the key on the Microsoft website and 1 year subscription was added to my account instantly.
However I did have some problems with windows 10 pro key but the support helped me with it instantly via email, I was using windows 10 pro key to activate my windows 10 home pc, the support agent helped me upgrade my pc to pro and the key worked after that, the whole process took 8 min.

The support was great, am new to Mac OS and the support agent installed and activate the quickbooks for me and helped me migrating my old company files to the new one from windows to macOS, thank you very much I will definitely buy another license like office soon.
By the way the delivery was fast in the same minute but I don’t have experience in macOS so I did contact the live chat support to help me install and activate the quickbooks.

Scam! Paid $149 for quick books 2024 Mac desktop. They provided a link to download the software along with a license number. The license number was invalid. I called quicken. Quicken CS told me this was a fictitious license number and that they don’t do business with this company. I called the phone number on their website which was disconnected. Scam! PayPal refunded my transaction,

I did enjoy buying from CDKEYSio, I did purchase quickbooks 2024 and the live support agent helped me via live chat with the activation process and the moving from the old QB to the new QB.
I really appreciate the good price and the fast live chat support I will definitely purchase again.

First I was hesitant to purchase because of the very low price and concerns about the legitimacy. After doing some research I decided to buy. And what a pleasant surprise. Not only was the purchasing process very easy but their after sales support is excellent. A lot of people could learn from them. I can only recommend this company.

I had issues with a licence for Office 2024, this didn't work, but in the positive side the tech support here were extremely helpful. They helped me patiently to debug the issue, and ultimately we fixed the issue by changing to Office 2021. This didn't have issues with its licence, since is a more mature product compared to Office 2024 that is fairly new.

This is my second time purchasing Microsoft Office (different versions, different computers) from Cdkeys.io. My first time experience went so well that when I got another new computer, I went back to them. I had one problem with the second install that was resolved very quickly via email. Good price and good support!

I was not able to install Outlook - it was giving error. I contacted cdkeys.io over chat, I got help within 5 minutes and the problem was fixed in next 10 minutes. Their team is very efficient and helping. Thank you cdkeys.

I purchase Visio Pro from this company. The software arrived as and when it should have at the time. No issues.

I had issues with my laptop which required changing the laptop and reassigning software etc which as a non-IT savvy bloke I screwed up royally.

The Cdkeys.io team stepped up and help me sort it when other probably would not have cared. This after sales services makes them first on my list in the future
