You do get an instant download, but directions are confusing a little. Reached out for support and they asked what was going on and after that I never heard from them again, You call number and nobody answers, I sent text with screen shots and still no response. Do not buy from them. (UPDATE: They reached out helped)

Mac from customer service helped me when I bought the Office 365 21 key and was having trouble installing it. They were able to hop on and remotely take over, dug into the root cause which took 10-15 mins and helped me throughout the entire process. Do not be worried one bit to buy your keys for this website. 10/10!

I bought the wrong key (dumb bad at tech brain) and they fixed my issue quickly and we’re very nice about it.

I accidentally bought the Windows version (I was used to not checking, I've only had a Mac for 4 days so far). I contacted the email they provided at the bottom of my order confirmation, and I was instantly helped and wasn't charged the extra $5 difference even if it was absolutely my fault. Customer service is superb, and I struggle to find situations where something could go wrong anyway. Very satisfied!

I purchased a 365 office lifetime. I don't know for how long it is gonna stay active, but the key came right away.

Purchased "Microsoft Office 365 Professional Plus For 5 Devices, Lifetime PC / MAC" from them. At first I was very skeptical because all the reviews I was able to find outside their website and trustpilot were for "cdkeys.com" not "cdkeys.io" as they are two different websites with the same name and that in itself is a red flag. But for the price I took the chance paying through PayPal and glad I did. Very quick product delivery and fast response from their customer service. If anything changes in the future I will update my experience here, but for now 5 star review all day highly recommended.

I received technical support beyond my expectations. After buying a version of Office 2019 for MAC which unfortunately during installation was no longer compatible with my IO Catalina, the technical support gentleman, after several tries, finally found me a functional update. Wow, 5 stars for your determination to satisfy a customer from Canada. Thanks again.

Paid for a great deal, and also got exceptional customer service: They *proactively* recognized a problem with my purchase (microsoft office) because I have an old macbook air, and running an old MacOs (10.15.7). After the purchase, they were sending emails to ensure that the installation process went smoothly and as mentioned, provided troubleshooting solutions to the problem I faced. Honestly, I thought I would need to purchase another version of microsoft office. However, their troubleshooting worked and voila! I'm back to using microsoft office!
