I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company! Pls be careful to anyone wanting to use their services!
Despite organizing very early to send a gift to my daughter and then adding extra orders, payment through afterpay. First, I was told my gifts would not make it on specific day i wanted ,blaming on Nz post services. They offered to have delivered an early day or later, what is the point of early organizing then .if it will not be send of time!
Next, I was told I still need to pay the additional order despite payment went through with afterpay. Communi ation back and front communication with their manager Step is a big waste of your time!!!

I am a receiver of Celebration Box, and have received a few over the years. But the last box I received was off and when I contacted Celebration Box about it they could not have cared less. The chocolates were off, they smelled bad and tasted awful and the wine had turned to vinegar. I let all senders know this, and will now never use Celebration Box again

Their pick a delivery date is not so reliable! Ordered a Thank you box for my childrens bus driver who was retiring on their last day school for the year (Mon) and so placed the order 10 days prior to prefered delivery date and allowed the extra day for any issues as they suggested. The delivery date came and went as did the extra day. So I emailed that evening to ask when my purchase maybe arriving as it was needed the morning of Monday. but as it was on the cusp of a weekend I didnt expect to hear back from them until they returned to work the Mon. However they did respond on Sunday to let me know that due to an error with their system my order was completely missed and they were going to send it out asap along with a "so sorry for the inconvinience"! Problem is I now am going to receive my $125 Thankyou box too late to give to the intended receiver rendering it a waste of money. Probably wont be ordering via this company again as I have had more reliable service elsewhere and am kicking myself that I did not purchase from them this time too! Moral of the story, checkup on expected delivery dates if it is important that they arrive the date you prebooked for!!!

They delivered the box, same day delivery, with excellence. I was able to give my dad a birthday gift while I was in another city. I am a very satisfied customer, one that is very wary of scams. Celebration Box is legit.

Ordered a gift box for a friends birthday for delivery in Auckland where they offer 4 hr delivery, same day delivery and overnight delivery. Ordered on 4th September and paid for overnight delivery, to be delivered by (which is an option they have on their website) 9th September. Friends birthday being on 11th September.
A tracking number for delivery email was received on 8th September and as of today, 12th September, it still says 'Tracking number allocated to parcel'. I emailed them on 11th September and it is now COB 12th Sept and have heard nothing. Really disappointing.
Their warehouse is 20km's from my friends address. Her birthday is over and she didn't receive anything from me.
Probably not going to order from here in future.

They stole my money and refused to send the package dont buy on this site

Very poor presentation and contents reflected very badly on me. Problems with delivery arrived days after the birthday despite clear instructions

Now keeping celebration box as my number 1 when I need something quickly sent to family in NZ ❤️ my little sister loved her gift and shipping was spot on . Arrived on her birthday . Exactly as I wanted it . Thankyous
