No tracking! No confirmation! No clue if what youâve paid $100âs for is worth it?!
I found the ordering process easy enough but the tracking I was given didnât work and so there was no way of knowing whether the recipient got them which sucks when you spend so much money ($150+ paying extra for rapid delivery) thereâs also no proof that they are going to supply and deliver whatâs pictured on their website and this is nerve wracking when youâve ordered for something so special like empathy flowers to send to a loved one following a loss, again the added stress of not knowing if it has been delivered??! Or even what florist completed the job!
Itâs 2026 and your system needs to be reviewed as itâs stuck in the 90âs!.
For this reason alone I would not use their services again!!
