Purchased a wig that never arrived. From the date of purchase the tracking details were incorrect and i couldnt track the wig after waiting a week i reached out to Celie Hair who informed me customs lost the item, the cannot find it, and the item was out of stock at the same time which makes no sense. They offered me a shorter version and 200 points off, i said no i want a full refund. They told me the hair would be in stock next week monday but on the website it is still showing availiable to purchase. I messaged about this and their response is always conflicting and untrustworthy very disappointed at this terrible service. Will mot trust these people at all. A shame they cannot tell the truth and im sure the item would have been subpar anyway. I will mot reccomend this company or purchase anything againfrom here.

My mum had the 22-inch 13x6 wig installed and it looked beautiful once styled. The hair was soft and easy to work with. It wasn’t extremely full, but it still gave a natural look after installation which we were happy with.

Overall the service was professional and everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. I would recommend them.

If you sleeping on this hair, I'll better advise you get it now. I've been getting compliments everywhere i go. I'm so inlove with the hair and the quality is great. GET IT!
