My wig is lovely just as prescribed. Low maintenance and ready to wear. Customer service is awesome

My experience was great. The communication was smooth, I’m honestly impressed with the quality of this hair. It’s very soft, true to length, and has no shedding or tangling. It looks natural and holds up really well. Definitely good quality, and I’m satisfied.

I can honestly say this hair is just beautiful. I got so many ppl asking me where I got my hair done. All I did was cut my little lace and spray my ebin lace melt and went out. No need to curl wax or anything. Will try other hair.

Order placed Jan 20 with a promised 2–4 day delivery. Over a week later, the package never arrived and tracking showed it looping in California with constantly changing delivery dates. Poor communication and misleading shipping information. On top of that, the hair sheds excessively. Would not recommend.

I ordered from this company a few times and they never disappoint the hair is great quality curls, wash and straighten well the hairline is everything and very easy to blend. Even if u are new to applying a wig u will find the process very easy to apply.

The customer service was phenomenal. I ordered the wig from a TikTok commercial on 11/18 and it was delivered by 11/24. I was out of town when it arrived so I didn’t get to install it until 12/2. It’s been installed since then and I’ve washed it twice already. This is what it looks like on 1/2 (one month). It’s so full which I love! The lace I’m having issues with bc I did not bleach the knits but I’ll def be ordering again! I usually strictly order from LuvMe so this was a nice switch up.
